If it's set to air on March 8 - does anyone know the actual wedding date? I assume it won't be a live wedding - or will it? I'd assume they'd do it like Trista and Ryan and have all the pre-wedding stuff leading up to the nuptuals.

    It won't be live.

I don't know that they want the date and place announced.
    I'm looking forward to it!

They could show the actual ceremony "live", but I doubt it. They will want the option to wipe sweaty brows, powder noses, straighten toupees, capture tearful glances, etc. You know, produce the show. Since whoever actually watches this 2 hour production will see everything from the previously recorded proposal in New Zealand through the dress fittings to the bachelor parties on through heartfelt wishes from other bachelor show contestants, it makes more since to just continue producing the whole thing. How romantic!

Has anyone read the blog Kiptyn wrote today?. Still such a class act. What a great outlook on life. Took his fame and put it to good use. Following his twitter, he just continues to impress and inspire me to see the good in everything. I'm sorry we didn't get to see more of this Kiptyn when he was on the show.

I don't think I can post the link since it was written on fan site page set up by his friends. Just go to his twitter page and it gives the link.

He does have a great sense of humor after all! lol

I’m so proud to say that in the 6 months since the show came on air I’ve been involved with raising over $300,000 for various charities. (Ok, sure I may have put on my platonic gigolo pants a few times and auctioned off some dates at events but hey, that only consisted of about 7% of the money. Wait, what does that say about my value?? Anyway, I digress…)

Sounds like they stayed just long enough to get sufficient footage for a couple of episodes of their show.

'The Doctors' Head to Haiti to Help with Medical Relief

"The Doctors" checked out of the studio and headed to Haiti to assist in the medical relief of those injured in the earthquake-ravaged nation .

On January 24, ER physician Dr. Travis Stork, OB-GYN Dr. Lisa Masterson, plastic and reconstructive surgeon Dr. Andrew Ordon, and renowned pediatrician Dr. James Sears, arrived in Haiti with more than 7,000 pounds of much-needed medical supplies, specifically requested by aid organizations.

Immediately upon arriving at a make-shift clinic set up at the Haiti airport, the doctors were told by an attending physician that they would feel like residents again and be asked to do everything and anything, which indeed was the case.

"I'm taking care of a really young girl about 18 months," Dr. Travis says. "The building collapsed and crushed her. The wound is so extensive she'll need amputation. Normally I'd do this in a major operating room."

Joining the doctors on their mission was executive producer Jay McGraw, and his brother, Jordan. Jay McGraw states, "We knew this is where our doctors needed to be and we feel privileged to have a platform to convey to our viewers the enormous amount of aid that Haiti will need in the coming months and years."

One of the most dramatic moments occurs when Dr. Lisa examines a very pregnant woman with spiked blood pressure who must get to a hospital immediately.

"The operating conditions were very basic, but the patients were so grateful to receive care," states Dr.Andrew. "In my entire medical career, I have never felt that my skills were put to better use."

"The Doctors" will air footage from their trip to Haiti on Friday, January 29 and on Tuesday, February 2.

Why would you say that? There were plenty of doubters about Jason and Molly's relationship. Evidently that has been a success. No reason for there not to be others.

    Daily News Releases

ABC CORDIALLY INVITES YOU TO THE WEDDING OF JASON MESNICK AND MOLLY MALANEY, ON "THE BACHELOR: JASON AND MOLLY'S WEDDING," MONDAY, MARCH 8

"The Bachelor" Couple Will Celebrate Their Union with a Spectacular Event

Jason Mesnick and Molly Malaney, the first "Bachelor" couple to ever walk down the aisle, will share a dramatic new chapter of their love story with millions of viewers when ABC televises their much anticipated wedding on "The Bachelor: Jason and Molly's Wedding," MONDAY, MARCH 8 (8:00-10:00 p.m., ET), on the ABC Television Network.

The couple, who announced their engagement in October, will let viewers in on all the exciting festivities - from Molly's dress fitting for her dazzling custom-made gown to Jason and Molly planning the big day with their wedding planner and event designer. Then it's on to their bachelor and bachelorette parties, and the next stage of their romantic journey with a beautiful wedding ceremony in the perfect location.

Past "Bachelor" and "Bachelorette" couples, stars and participants (to be announced at a later date) will be on the guest list to help the couple celebrate, along with their families and friends.

Jason and Molly have had a rocky road on their way to happily ever after, which makes this momentous event that much sweeter for them. Jason's journey goes back more than a year, when he was one of the final two bachelors on DeAnna Pappas' edition of "The Bachelorette." Although ultimately rejected by DeAnna, he was the overwhelming fan favorite and the first ever single dad on "The Bachelor" to try his luck at finding love again. He proposed to Melissa Rycroft in the finale, only to find that he had a change of heart. In a heartbreaking and shocking "After the Final Rose" special, he broke up with Melissa - and hoped it was not too late to beg Molly to give him a second chance to win her love. Good thing he took the gamble - despite the intense scrutiny from fans and media, his risk was rewarded. The couple took slow and steady steps to build their relationship, including Molly's building a bond with Jason's son, Ty, as they saw their connection develop into a real, lasting union.

Hosted by Chris Harrison, "The Bachelor: Jason and Molly's Wedding" is a production of Next Entertainment in association with Warner Horizon Television. Mike Fleiss and Martin Hilton are the executive producers.

"The Bachelor: Jason and Molly's Wedding" will be available on ABC.com the day after airing on the network for users to watch online.

"The Bachelor: Jason and Molly's Wedding" is broadcast in 720 Progressive (720P), ABC's selected HDTV format, with stereo sound and Spanish subtitles via secondary closed captioning. A TV-parental guideline will be assigned closer to airdate. For more information on "The Bachelor: Jason and Molly's Wedding" please visit ABC.com.
