Why not? The 'joining' is more likely to have been initiated by Bevin. If Bevin and/or her fans requested an add to the fan list of Andy and Tessa, why would they deny it if everybody left on good terms as it appeared on ATFR?

I've deleted a series of posts in this thread that simply state that the poster agrees with a previous post. Of course, that's great, but please add your own new insights - not points that have been reviewed many times over, but new original thoughts are always welcome and encouraged

ASassyKat I agree with you on everything you have said. Handy Dandy Andy is with Tessa for now or forever who knows. More power to Tessa if she can overlook his short comings. My advice to her would be very, very cautious down this path. I am done with the Tool and only time will tell which side of the bachelor "fame" he will forever be know. Remember poor Blob probably will always bear his claim to fame...the Blob.

I'm not angry per se, but I posted why it bothers me in post #943. I'm not saying she doesn't have the right to respond to her fans' questions. I think it's great that she's being so truthful and honest, but I also think she needs to let Andy go and move on. I'm not saying forget the experience, but it seems as if she's clinging to the past. She said it best on ATFR when she stated that "some things are better left unsaid." The fact that she still has all these pictures of the two of them all over her myspace (some with sappy captions) makes me think she really didn't mean it.

Because people do fall hard and fast. They both said they had an electric chemistry from the first touch. I can only speak from my own personal experience but I had that electricity with my husband. We had first dates, I love yous, moving in together and engagement within a month. 15 years later we are very much together. Reality show or not, some times you fall hard and fast.

Exactly..it happens. You can't predict how quickly or slowly (as with Tessa) that one will fall in love, or the depth of that love. No one can sit here and say a person doesn't love another, because it happened so quickly. Love has no guidelines like that. If it happens, it will happen in it's own good time.

If there is confidence that Andy & Tessa are the fairytale, then what does it matter what Bevin does or doesn't do? If that relationship is strong, it will move forward, if it is not, then it will end.

It just seems that Bevin is held to task for everything from job description, hair color, posted pictures, answers to fans, etc. She's been labeled a tramp, and a liar, and as someone who has no character. All by people who don't know her but for a few hours on the television.

Whatever she wants to post to her fans is great, and I understand there will be some who insist on painting her as the villain no matter what she does, so it's a no win situation for her.

Personally, I think she was kind to address specific answers from her fans.

I do not feel the Bevin having pics of Andy on her myspace is her way of holding on to him. I personally believed she is moving on. That is a fan myspace about the show, which Andy was a part of. This fan myspace (I assume) was set up because many of her fans were requesting invites to her personal myspace. Her dates/connection with Andy and her experiences on the bachlor is a big part of what her fan myspace is about. Her fans enjoy the pics on there. I know I do. The default picture is changed often. I do not see a problem with Bevin posting a pic of her and Andy there occasionally. It would be different if it was her personal myspace. I don't think I would really have a problem with it if I were Tessa. And its not like she is stating in any of them that she wants them back.

I also don't think Bevin meant anything when she answered the question for the poster in the Bevin fan group. I am sure she was just trying to answer the question the best she knew how. I doubt if she gave it much thought if it was going to go any further than the group. And its not as if she is just going around telling people Andy told me ILY even before the last chance date.

As far as the ILY's itself go. I am sure Andy didn't intentionally set out to hurt Bevin. I still think they were better left unsaid no matter how he meant/or claims to have meant them. I personally think he meant that he did love her and not as friend. I am still not convienced that Tessa really was his real choice. But that really doesn't matter it's JMO. I am not always PC and not do I try to be but I recall a poster maybe several (sorry I don't remember who) stating that we should give Andy a break because he is in 2respectable positions. But after thinking about it, to me that would be an even greater incentive to act in a respectable manor even on a reality show. I feel in order to get repect you need to deserve it through your actions. It does not come automatic because of careet choices or positions of authority. A former president just came to mind. And as far as Bevin being a fool to believe Andy if he actually did tell her he loved her earlier. I really can not agree with that. Tessa and several other Bachlorettes have stated how emotions were intensified during the precess. We don't know for sure if he told Tessa he loved her earlier than what we seen either. The same would go for her also. Maybe we haven't heard her say it because maybe she wasn't asked. Maybe Bevin believed him because of the respect she had for him and trust she thought he deserved. It does not make her a fool or nieve. Bevin also had her doublts and fears about the process and Andy. She just went about it in a different way than Tessa. It does not make her any better or worse. We all handle situtations differently. I do not think Bevin is doing anything or did anything wrong. She is trying to move on without regrets and I give her so much credit. My opinion of Andy would be the same not matter who his fiance turned out to be.
