I find this interesting. Does this mean she wasn't whiney around the girls in the house (other than getting ready in Tahoe)? All the other edits show her whining around Andy. Was that just to get attention from him? The edit is mainly showing one side of Bevin. We rarely get to see another side of her. | |

| Re: Bevin - Bachelor 10 Dear Mods, please allow this post to stay here, because there are no spoilers in it and really wanted to just give the Bevin kayakers another point of hope to ponder.. This is strictly my opinion and a spit ball theory that sounds logical to me! So thanks in advance and all Bevin fans, I just wanted to give another theory of how all the predictions and all the circumstances we've been given about Bevin and Andy could be directed to her being Andy's choice: Okay, here goes... hopefully there won't be too many holes to sink the kayaks!! ![]() Here's my theory: We've seen the evidence this week that Andy was swept away by Tessa on their 1/1 date and sees himself falling, but he's been falling for Bevin since day one. (Now to negate the Tessa theory conterpoint of Andy saying we'd begin to see the love story unfold in the countdown to 6 or whatever.. I just want to say, I don't think Andy fell in love w/ any girl at first sight but felt attractions and chemistry with both girls but especially w/ Bevin since early on. So it's not like he said "Bah bing, Bah bang! forget about Bevin I'm in lurv with Tessa from the moment she said "baby steps!" ) I"m saying that it's not out of reach to say he was developing more than just lust for Bevin as the weeks unfolded. ![]() The divorce thing is what will make him search deep in his heart to see which 'love' he's feeling is stronger.. he admitted that he felt love for more than one (But a big note, I'm not saying he "fell" in love w/ more than one girl.. he said he only fell in love with one girl" . I can only see Tessa and Bevin falling into this description. What I think is significant for the possibility of Bevin being the final girl, is based on all the tidbits he's shared and the cleverly worded descriptions of the episodes through the rest of the season. It is setting us up for the real struggle Andy will go through, and we'll see on the next three episodes. If Andy is developing stronger feelings for Bevin than just the electric chemistry, then he has to ask himself, do I let her divorce (I don't think her holding back until now will be the real issue, just part of it), and her telling me at this point sway the love I am feeling for her? Do I really love her or do I really love Tessa? At this point, I think that the giddiness he's feeling for Tessa is very similar to the giddiness we saw w/ him and Bevin in on the Tahoe date and at the 2nd RC after her accident. So, being the armchair psycholgist that I am , this is a different scene that fits logically with all we've seen and the clues we know: Andy knows he still wants Bevin and Tessa going into the fantasy dates, because if he really had feelings for Bevin, a divorce would not be a roadblock to true love. She comes clean, tells him how she feels and askes him to understand, I can't see him not forgiving and letting go of what's in Bevin's past and let that be the deal breaker. He's more compassionate and open minded than that (from what we've heard and observed.)Now on to the fantasy dates, we know both Tessa and Bevin say in VOs that they're falling in love (Tessa.. I'm falling (or feeling) love for him and I don't know what's going to happen) .. doesn't sound like a slam dunk yet! Bevin's comment.. are about telling him how she feels.. I can't remember her exact words), but basicly it's not a slam dunk either. The carefully worded sysnopsis of the fantasy dates, say that Quote:
My thoughts are, he probably had a similar serious talk w/ Tessa about how she felt and if she's move to Hawaii, but the editors made a point of mentioning Bevin's discussion.. Now most Tessa fans are reading that edit to mean that he's still having too many doubts and that is probably the nail in the coffin...... could be, OR it could be the editors continued effort to dissuade us from believing that Andy would consider Bevin.. For Tessa, the main issue as I see it, is she feeling 'real' love or the love so many girls through out this show's history have felt when catapulted into this worldwind environment and the non stop emphasis by the show to fall in love. Tessa is a very smart girl and from her words, she doesn't jump to quick decisions, she takes baby steps. Now back to my saga ... are you still with me?? What could put Bevin as the final girl, is that once Andy gets past the serious questions because he really wants to know if she's feeling what he's feeling, then perhaps, he realized that the whirlwind marriage and perhaps Tessa's reluctance to want to uproot her life. By this time I believe Andy was pretty sure who he was in love with, but wanted to hear their affimations of love and commitment as well. So that's my crazy synopsis... I know you will probably find it far fetched, but to me it's another logical and believable theory!! Anyway, sorry to bend your ear so long!

| Re: Bevin - Bachelor 10 Very nice post Cafegirl! I don't want to quote it because it is so long. I do agree with your theories on Bevin and Tessa. I just get the impression from Tessa that she is not the type to jump into an engagement that quickly. I feel Bevin knows what she wants (Andy) and she is ready for it. |

| Re: Bevin - Bachelor 10 Great analogy. My question is, why, have they edited Bevin so bad and edited Tessa to look so good? Almost seems they are telling us Tessa was chosen by Andy and Bevin was thrown to the curb ![]() |

| Re: Bevin - Bachelor 10 Great post my thoughts exactly. I haven't given up hope on Bevin and don't think I will until the frc. I see more of a love story with them than with Tessa. |
