Programming schedule question
(I wasn't sure where to put this post. So if it gets moved I'll understand)
I've noticed that on Mondays now the Bachelor is on for two hours, with the episode from the previous week airing at 9 Eastern, and the new one airing right after. Why is ABC doing this ?. To give the viewers a 'recap' of sorts ?. OR are they just looking to kill an hour for some reason ?. Anyone know ?. Thanks for any info !.
Looking to fill an hour after they've already cancelled "Emily's Reasons Why Not."
I'm not sure what's happened to "Jake in Progress" yet, tho.
The move was partly based on the fact that competition in its Monday-night timeslot was about to increase with the return of "24" to FOX. McPherson also says "we needed to make a quick change" to protect "The Bachelor," which he believes has the potential to grow its audience for the remainder of its run.

I just read elsewhere that in Canada the show is airing from 7-9pm due to your federal elections. Better check you local stations fellow North Americans!
Thanks I did not know that, but I can watch it on 2 different channels so I will adhere to this and make the adjustment.
