Somebody help me with this PLEASE :

If you knew you were picking Jerry (without a doubt), and JP was someone who was a sweet, decent guy to you, his family treated you well, etc, and you had a chance to go "upstairs" with him on the fantasy date - alone, cameras off presumably - wouldn't you secretly, carefully, and EXTREMELY PRIVATELY, let him know he's not "the one" so that he too can go thru the motions and not gear himself up for a huge emotional fall on national television?
It's the most basic thing you would just do out of a sense of respect for another human being. Especially if he was good to you. How could you NOT do it? I don't get it. Hell, give him a chance to act at the FRC like he really didn't care that much anyway, or give him the fake chance to come up to you and say he's "just not that into you" before you open your mouth to let him know he was the first one out of the limo.
What's it to her if JP was prepared and therefore not too disappointed? She winds up happily leaving with the man she wants, and that's the prize for her.

We can tell though, by the confident look he had in the previews upon arrival to the FRC, she did not spare his feelings and let him in on the secret

I agree with that FORT member (with the dog avatar) that thinks Jen is a big piece of crap!

Night Owl in response to your comments,

"If you knew you were picking Jerry (without a doubt)....."

I know I am part of a small minority but IMO she already knew she was going to give John Paul the final rose during their fantasy date.

"JP was someone who was a sweet, decent guy to you, his family treated you well, etc, and you had a chance to go "upstairs" with him on the fantasy date - alone, cameras off presumably - wouldn't you secretly, carefully, and EXTREMELY PRIVATELY. . . . "

I think she let John Paul know the best she could in their private time that he is the one.

I thought that there was audio recording on during the overnight dates and they were forbidden from giving anything away. Does anyone know for certain about this?

The only time bachelors and bachelorettes have any privacy together off-mic and off-camera, is in the Fantasy Suite. A number of interviews have said this. Including TinaFab, who complained about "added" sound and pictures. She claims none of that occured (and I believe her).

Here is a radio interview with John Paul. More of his personality shines through

Jennie,

That interview was hilarious! Thanks for posting the link.

Loved his comments about the product placement for the breath whatever (I've forgotten already. heh.) JP says that all three of the guys were given the product during their fantasy dates and the producers said "Dood, you have to use this stuff, we have to pay the bills." And they apparently all knew that the loser was going to be used in a commercial placement so he hoped he would be getting a rose.

He sounds like a great guy. Long ten minute interview.

Thanx Jennie for the link. I will put this link in the Finalist thread also.

That was a pretty interesting interview.

Brush, Brush, ahhhh

Watch for product placements in the future. Can you only imagine.....

Yes long interview. Lots talked about. I think some will have to be discussed in another thread.

Geez, now we have "reality" commercials! However, you would think they wouldn't have the loser do it. Doesn't speak well, does it?

Shouldn't the "winner" be shown using these things? I guess the "product" doesn't work afterall!

It appears that the site owner and several other mods have had to trim this thread by quite bit last night and this morning. The posts on this thread have degenerated to the point we don't recognize them as being useful. A warning was posted on the Jerry thread thread a few days agao and on the Jen thread yesterday. I guess everyone decided to gather here instead.

If you have real news post it. If you have an intelligent comment feel free. Otherwise this back and forth waste of bandwidth isn't what our site is about. People who have been here for a while should know better. People who haven't should read the site FAQ.
