May John Paul receive the LAST rose. After viewing last night's show, he truly seems sincere and in love with Jen..much more than Jerry is. I think Jerry is captivated by Jen's looks...but not madly in love with her. John Paul treats her like a queen. Any woman who wouldn't recognize this has to be blind.

JP is way too please with himself. He seems to be highly competitive and wants to win at all costs. It would be poetic justice if he "wins" the hand of the insecure, neurotic damsel. Jerry can do so much better.

Jp could be a canidate for the next bachelor if he doesn't end up with jen. He has money and looks and is young. This whole time has been about his age and if he is ready to get married. Isn't that the hurdle TPTB usually have to jump at the start of each bachelor?

Great points and I agree.. I LIKE John Paul and do believe he's competitive but not in an insincere way... The thing is, Jen is saying how he makes her feel like she can be herself and he gets her goofy humor and even teases her and makes her feel comfortable BUT Jen's got her SIGHTS set on Jerry... I don't even think her heart is set on Jerry, but it's Jerry she's going to get.. or pick ... !!! In my opinion, I would LOVE for her to shock everyone (including Jerry and JP..

) and pick John Paul... but I don't believe it's going to happen.... The girl's been on a train wreck run with her emotions concerning Jerry since day one and I don't think anyone (even her Mom, if what was implied in the previews is correct) will deter Jen from getting herself some Jerry-man!!! How long it will last will be another story. As for JP,... as his mom said who ever JP marries will never have to worry, I believe the guy will treat his "woman" as a queen as Angelic One said. I will just hate it though if she let's JP go through with a proposal only to reject him.. I hope she stops him before he gets down no one knee....

I wouldn't put too much stock in the previews. They are spliced and diced. Let’s not forget that for the family visits, the previews showed Wendell’s family squealing with laughter and Jen saying “Does anyone else think this is weird”? when in fact she was commenting about Ryan’s family.

I just do not know anymore. I keep thinking they are portraying her too much "into" Jerry, kind of like they did with Charlie and Trista. We all know how that turned out!! I agree with comments made that it is sad we can't see the real romance. I know WHY we can't, but why couldn't they do an "after it all" special episode with all the good cutting room floor footage of Jen and her chosen one, so we all can SEE why she made the choice.

It seems strange to me that the ONLY complaint she has about JP is his age. I haven't heard her say anything negative about him since the first one on one date they went on. Correct me if I'm wrong because I am not analyzing the dates as closely as all of you do. (which is why I come and read the boards).
