| Sorry excuse for a first post, but . . . I really do not like this guy. Before I read the article about him, I just thought he was a not-very-interesting guy, who should not have been kept at Ben's expense. I didn't like his little smirky mouth either. But I couldn't quite put my finger on why he was bugging me. Now, I can't claim this is what was bugging me before, but it's bugging me now . . . he will CHEAT to get what he wants. I wouldn't want anything to do with him. :phhht The pertinent quote, from the article on page 2: Quote:
Sorry for the cantankerous first post, but hey, it cheesed me off enough to stop lurking and make at least one post! ![]()

| If Jen picks JP, she will be labeled a golddigger. She wasn't happy when he won the date to the spa, but as soon as she found out that he ran his own real estate (?) company, her eyes lit up and she mentioned how impressed she was with him. | |

| I don't think it was $ flashing in her eyes, I think she was more impressed with what he had accomplished at a relatively young age. Methinks Jen is more into ambition and drive than money, else she would have stayed with Firestone.

| I think JP is certainly handsome in a big jawed, large lipped sorta way. He looks better at some angles than at others. But . . he is too young for her. Plus there doesn't seem to be much chemistry at all. He has plenty of time to find THE girl and is isn't Jenn. |

The sentence above reads so funny! I know what you mean by that, but with that description it almost sounds impossible to be handsome, eh? ![]()

| I got that ultra-competitive vibe from JP last night. I got the impression that his arrival at the top of the ES bldg wasn't quite as gracious as Ben's. |

And no apologies needed for a cranky first post. But.... the quote in the article was all about basketball, not real life situational ethics. And no, I do not agree that what a guy does while playing basketball with his brothers would easily translate to real life. Not at all.
