I think they dated and are no longer together. I bet Jake found out about Vienna's past after the show and he could not deal with it. So they dated and he is single now.

TPTB made a point to edit in Jake asking Vienna specific questions about a ring. So, the only 'shocking' option at the FRC is for Jake to NOT ask for her hand in marriage and, instead, ask they date IRL. Or, my other choice would be, "Thanks for the overnight date, see ya".
Just don't think he knows what he wants, what is good for him in the long run...otherwise, how do you get to his age and still be single?
