Irony in the Bachelor ***SPOILERS***

I thought that Jill was waiting in the hotel room for Wes to pick her upt to go and meet his family, and then before Wes got there, Jake showed up and told her about the g'friend. After Jake left, Wes came and she confronted him, but they decided to go on and meet his family anyway. Am I remembering it incorrectly???

Yes, that's how I remember it too. Apparently they hung around the hotel room talking late into the night because in Wes' post-show interview he said they didn't get to his mom's house until very very late, didn't get to eat until about midnight. He was upset about how his family was treated -- they weren't allowed to eat until Wes & Jillian showed up.

Jake is absolutely being hypocritical. He even flew back to tell Jillian about Wes' supposed girlfriend (which now we know that it was Ed that had the girlfriend(s) on the show, not Wes). He kept trying to warn Jillian and so many of the women on the show have warned Jake about Vienna, to no avail. He's being ignorant and well, he is being Jillian from last season....and Ali/Jessie/other women are being Jake from last season.

There's a difference in what's being said though. With Wes, Jake was concerned that Jillian would be hurt because he felt Wes was there for all the wrong reasons. Jake thought Wes had a girlfriend and wasn't really into Jill. I don't think the girls are saying Vienna isn't really into Jake. In fact, part of why they don't like her is because she's always talking about her and Jake, without consideration for the other girls. What we've seen the girls complain about, at least from the editing, is a girl who wants to catch her man, and isn't above playing immature games to get him, and who isn't very nice to them...and a girl who's spoiled. That's a little different than a guy who has a girlfriend at home and is only there to advance his career.

Exactly! Wes's intentions were far different..at least to me..than how we perceive Vienna. No one is accusing Vienna of "playing the games" Wes seemed to be playing while on the show. Two different issues entirely.

I don't remember this scene. Was the he Wes talking about Jake? Did Jake really say that on camera at any point?

I hope that at the After the Final Rose show someone will ask Jake why didn't he listen to girls when it became obvious no one liked Viena, and if he feels different after watching the show

Wes said it, but it was cut from the show. Jake wasn't shown much, so I didn't get how he was loved so much.

Jake came back as part of a fake storyline the show came up for him and a way to get people to adore him to be the next Bachelor. He's nothing but a puppet.

doesn't matter what the issues were. Jake made it his mission to 'tattle' on Wes - make sure Jillian knew that she saw Wes for who he was, and here are girls telling Jake (and not just one girl but several girls) about Vienna and yet he's turning a deaf ear, like lalallalalalal, I don't wanna hear it.

The two "issues" are hugely different. You had Wes telling different guys in the house things that made them wonder why he was there. No one has accused Vienna of the SAME issues. The reasons we've heard so far that the ladies dont like Vienna are all personality/character related. Huge difference. No one accused Vienna of being untrue.
