I haven't posted in a long time, but I can't help myself at the moment...
Everyone seems to be saying that Jake hardly seemed broken up over Ali leaving. But how do we know we were shown his full reaction? Since everything gets so edited to pieces, maybe they cut out the most emotional parts of his reaction so we would think he really wasn't all that upset. We don't really know how much time went by between when he said goodbye to Ali and when he went out to greet the remaining three. Maybe he had hours to compose himself. Heck, maybe TPTB had them all come back the next day to finish filming the rose ceremony. I guess what I'm trying to say is we don't really know the true extent of it. We only know what the producers want us to know.
Anyway, that's just MVHO.

I just dont know if it editing or what but some of Jake attitude im not liking it at all
I agree that his excuse makes no sense to me.Originally Posted by realitygirl523;3832895;
Maybe I'm assuming too much has been left out, but this is my interpretation of what happend: Jake had been very broken up about Ali's leaving, but he had to resign himself to the fact that she was gone and move on with the three that were left. So he got himself to that place of acceptance that perhaps it wasn't meant to be with Ali, and he would focus on who was left. So when she did call him, it caught him completely off guard. And since he was probably still very hurt, he didn't want to say, "Heck yeah, come back!" Maybe he was afraid she would just bolt again? And, since he really did/does care for the other girls, perhaps he was taking their feelings into account, too?
But, maybe I'm in the minority thinking this is a possible scenario. Oh well, we'll hopefully all find out what really happened soon enough.![]()
I must be as well because this is how I feel. I think maybe it was there but like he said, she left and the others stayed so he moved on.Originally Posted by alohatami;3833564;

Jake's new blog has been posted.
The Bachelor Blog: Jake Faces the Women - PEOPLE TV Watch
Doesn't say much at all, very very short. Says he has nothing else to say about Rozlyn. Michelle's a good person who just had a rough time with the show.
Seeing Christina was great; happy he got to tell her how beautiful she looked at the photo shoot, and that she was beautiful again at the WTA. Said she left too early. (My comment: If he really is still with Vienna, why in Sam Hill is he saying stuff like this?)
Here are his comments on Ali. I bolded the part I found odd:
It still doesn't? So, is he trying to say he's still struggling with that? That he wants her back now, but is fighting the urge to pull a literal Mesnick and beg her to take him back in an ATFR? I swear this man talks in code more so than any other lead. Either: a. He's really good at being deceptive and confusing, b. Something funky is going on here post-FRC, or c. He's a total dolt, yammering away about other women in spite of his F1's feelings (assuming on my end that they are still together).Seeing Ali really affected me. There was so much emotion in that reunion, mostly because I really felt that I never got closure with her. I still stand by my decision to not have her come back but that decision didn’t come easy and it still doesn’t. I truly wish her the best in life and will always be her biggest fan.
Frankly, I'm betting C. is the answer. Oy!![]()

I don't think propping Christina is exactly promotion or towing the company line. What use does the show have for her? Some of the other things he's said since taping ended are just plain insensitive to an F1 Vienna. Not really fair to her. And I say that as someone who doesn't even like TV Vienna.Originally Posted by ryansmommy;3836524;
I agree with VA--if you look at his recent comments from female's POV, different things he has said are hurtful in different ways. I would think his F1, if he has one, would be hurt by some of his statements also.![]()
