Notice he never told her "what she did". For all we know the "inappropriateness" was Roz ventilating to another producer regarding her not being able to see her son.

Exactly..they aren't dating NOW. If nothing was going on, wouldn't she just say that they aren't now and were never dating? It seems to me that she is being very careful with her wording... I definitely think something went on, even if it wasn't sexual.
