Yes, I did notice that. It looked like a date or something to me. I'll have to look again. Whatever it is it does seem a little strange.

I looked at it again and it looks like it is a tattoo of initials on her wrist to me. I think one is an A. Could those be initials of a significant other? Maybe Gia IS a fake? And why do they keep hiding them on the show?

Possibly, but didn't Melissa also have job issues and she/TPTB actually called her "job" and kind of smoothed things over? I forget those exact details.

When she left, there was only about 2 weeks of filming left right? Couldn't her job have waited a bit longer? Since last season I am suspicious of anyone leaving for work reasons! There must be more to it.

More than likely this was just not a love match.

It looks like a perfectly ordinary F4 leaving after HTD may be presented as something much more to ratchet up the drama level, especially if Ali continues to be a fan favorite and the "relationship" between Jake and Vienna is somewhat boring from the viewpoint of TPTB and tv drama.

I was looking at the new caps in the SC thread and found it cute that in the picture of Jake and Rozlyn where she has her leg up and there's a black out stripe....Jake isn't touching he. He really seems old fashioned and decent and shows some morals. In this day and age to me, this is nice. I know a lot of people who would make fun of him for it but I find it endearing.

In this economy not necessarily, it may have been you need to come back or we will fill it with one of the other 1,000 applicants and she didn't want to loose the job and so she went back. Especially if she wasn't 100% sold on Jake. I doubt if I was on the show and they needed me back they would care about what ABC and TPTB say it would be come back or your gone.

Only 2 weeks left? Jeez, in that case I don't think her job is behind her leaving. She must have had a change of heart. Me too, I agree, it sure did appear from those SC's that she was way into him and vice versa. So for Ali to change her mind about Jake so late in the game, I wonder what happened, maybe some kind of deal breaker? I wonder what happened to make her decide to leave all of a sudden. Then again, we don't see/hear all of the behind the scenes stuff, so maybe something happens that we don't get to see.

If it's her job, as you claim, Tiggerlgh, then I guess Jake has to understand and respect that. So why the door-slamming, if that was what he did when she left?
