$5000 may not be much money to some people, but to a young soldier, I assure you it is a small fortune. As far as his/her/their bank accounts, if it was his bank account, and he left her with a power of attorney, which the vast majority of soldiers leave their spouse with a POA when they deploy, then that is how she could have accessed his account. As to how he could have gotten that kind of money in the first place? Maybe it was money he had saved before he enlisted, maybe he inherited, or possibly he could have taken an enlistment bonus when he signed up, which a lot of young people do. You can get up to $10000 in some cases for enlisting in the service.

I have never cared for Vienna from the start of the season. Something about her just rubbed me the wrong way. But if any of this is true, that she wiped out her husbands account while he was deployed in a combat zone risking his life every day, just to get a boob job, she is truly a vile person. And that isn't even taking any nude pics or porn video into consideration.

Thank you, Bronwyn Whether she is well like by others, and now realizes that being in love, comes a level of maturity which she might attain with this experience, if she lives happily ever after with Jake, that's wonderful, I wish them the best, everyone deserves to be in love regardless of their past mistakes.

However, it doesn't take away the fact that she used her ex husbands money while he was deployed to Iraq. Its true, I know its true, and I personally am sickened by it. If it was just a normal husband, I honestly wouldn't give two hoots, I'm sorry, but the guys get scr*wed when it comes to divorces and I see it all the time and I feel for them.

This is different. This was a husband that was in Iraq, fighting, risking his life for you me and his country. I'd be worried sick every second of every day until he walked in my front door, not getting a boob job for a husband that's not even home, or might come home in a casket.

The only good thing, is the soldier has moved on, he has a lovely wife and a beautiful child.

What a disaster! I'm sure Fleiss is going to milk this publicity because at the end of the day, he's the one who profits and the poor people on this show suffer.

Don't care much about Vienna. The way she carried herself on this show just turned me off. She's great because she cradled Jake's head on her neck when they were about to bungee jump? Puh-leeze!!...

I can still remember when so many people said that Jillian was such a bad judge of character when she picked Ed. Well, Jake I guess takes the cake in judging someone's character (IF the things being said about Vienna is true)!

We have a different definition of nothing.

1. A picture with a scarf as a top, and more coverage than a bikini, is not porn, IMO.
2.Where are the videos you speak of? Accusations without proof doesn't cut it, IMO
3. When divorced the money is no longer available. If still married, the funds are joint property. This accusation is also unproven.
4. This stuff belongs in a kangaroo court. Judge Judy would laugh, and throw the bums out!!!

I'm confused too. And what did she do that was so horendous? She didn't murder anyone, she did some porn, shot some videos, got a boob job with her ex's money, and SO WHAT? Big frigging deal! They're making a big deal out of nothing.

If the above list isn't a big deal..... then the guy has a pretty low set of standards....may as well go pick up a hooker a back alley......

I'm not a fan of Vienna, but mainly because of her attitude during the show, not because of what she may or may not have done outside the show. If she is judged based on semi-nude photos, then Gia ought to be tarred with the same brush.

This is why I am suspect of these stories, there are so many of them being hurled in every direction BUT no definitive proof. I'm not even sure if her boob are fake. Are they?

Yes, her boobs are fake.
Firstly, everyone who knows her says they are, including the ex-husband, mother in law, friends at the roller skating rink, etc. Nobody is denying it.
Secondly, I was involved in breast implant litigation for over 15 years and saw thousands of cases. There are distinctive features which are easily spotted by an expert.
Before anyone ever referenced her husband's money, I commented on the excellent boob job. What I saw right out of the box:
a) Everyone has a body shape, and parts flow into one another. The shape and size Vienna's boobs are not in sync with the rest of her upper torso.
b) Vienna is a little chubby. These are the best candidates for augmentation because you are only lifting the chest wall and allowing the natural breast tissue to fully protrude.
c) The best way to explain this is that the stomach is round, so someone who has a pot belly also has 1/2 of his stomach on the inside, compressing his lungs. That's why fat people get out of breath so easily.
Breasts are no different. They are sacks - lift the chest wall and the breasts are 50% bigger, but still look natural.
The "bad boob jobs" occur when an A cup tries to become a D cup - like planting a basketball on a limestone quarry.
d) In my opinion, Vienna had a decent B cup but it was out of proportion with her full figure. She went to a large D cup, which was a great choice for her size. Her implants are under the muscle, most likely implanted from under the armpit because she doesn't have enough drop to come in under the lower crease.
But they are not real. Seen too many cases. Bet my life on it.

My answer is.....she did it to a soldier who is putting is life at risk to help protect the rest of us.....so no matter what it was it was bad. And I am sure daddy told her it was all okay cause the man has to provide no matter what....here's another car honey...your ex just hurt your feelings.

I answered my phone just before dinner tonight and it was a friend of my sisters (who I told everything yesterday) and before I evern got out "hello" she yells "what the He** is the matter with that da**ed boy" and I knew right away what she meant and started laughing. I got a forty minute tirade and whe n I told ehr about the magazine she is going out to get it tomorrow so she can take it to work and show everyone. People are taking this personally and that is where I am finding the most humor. I finally shut her up when I said "just be glad it's not your son".
