Because if any of the guys saw this season, they will try to trick you into thinking they are mustard guys whether they are or not.

The best advice I have read on this thread is, DON'T DO IT. You are too good for this stinkin' show.

Re: Your advice for the next bachelorette

Congratulations on the Bachelorette! I can hardly wait for your season although I am a bit apprehensive about how Fleiss will decide your storyline. That being said, I think you will be a fabulous Bachelorette and have the best show yet!
    My advice:
    1. Use a team of lawyers that specializes in Reality contracts. Ask lots of questions. Be sure you know what you can and can’t do. Where are the loopholes.
    2. Keep a clear head and think before you speak. Try not to give TPTB ammunition. Keep your cards close with those last 6. It will force TPTB to be more objective which I believe will be to your advantage.
    3. As you evaluate/analyze/critique your relationships stay positive and take a thesaurus with you. If you must criticize be sure it is constructive. Say what you mean and mean what you say.
    4. Integrity is everything. Try to do the right thing. If an action will make you feel uncomfortable, will hurt someone unnecessarily; makes you regret your actions later, think twice about doing this on TV. This probably means you have to say no and stand up to TPTB.
    5. Allow the guys to be themselves too, be a good listener.
    6. If you happen to get a Graham let him have the time he needs. He will probably be worth the wait. If he doesn’t come around or if a bachelor says no, so what! It was just not meant to be. (I don’t think this will be problem.)
    7. Don’t choose your favorite for the first 1-1, wait until you have a date under your belt. I think you will enjoy it more. You may not have control over this and the type of date may not match that person.
    8. Brad’s theory on kissing was pretty good, worth a look see. If I remember right he only kissed one girl on group dates and only one per day.
    9. Remember all the folks involved with you and the bachelors work for Fleiss and need jobs. They are not looking out for you, they want ratings.
    10. Have fun and choose your best friend! You are right about that!

Get Melissa to be your wing-woman. You guys would have a blast and she could spy for you. I love that girl and I for one want to see more of her on my screen.

Have Mel come back and give you her opinions at the Meet and Greet like Jenni did for DeAnna! Now that would be interesting!!!

NOTE to men cast on Bach'ette 5.

Only 4 or 5 of you have any shot at sufficient alone time with Jillian to pursue an actual romantic connection, and those 4 or 5 were specially cast for that role, indeed perhaps even guaranteed it.

It is indeed already sketched out on a bulletin board somewhere what the dates will be, and perhaps even who gets which one.

To the 4 or 5, try to make it your own experience, as best you can, and don't miss the opportunity to make lifelong friends. And you treat our Jillian well, you hear!

What a great post!!!!! For the guys that really, really want to be able to meet Jillian and have a chance, maybe we should also be giving them advice.

Maybe they aren't all that up on what could happen to them.
