All Jason has to do is keep saying, "I just followed my gut," and "I'm completely in love," *tears tears* and the majority of the viewing audience will forgive him. Never underestimate the power of a sensitive guy and his winning smile!

Melissa stated that she was always "the dumpee".....she is aware of the fact and there must be a reason. Perhaps thats the way she sees herself and it becomes a self-fulfilling prophesy.Originally Posted by kultainen;3354393;

I'm guessing Melissa wouldn't appear again and they bullied her into writing a letter. Seems the letter was majorly edited too.
Does anyone know how much do they pay the bachelor/bachelorette?
They've turn Bachelor into Jerry Springer. I don't think Mel or Jillian should trust them anymore.Originally Posted by DaisyofHazard;3354445;

My guess is Jason - I hope he is now being tortured by guilt, regret, etc., etc. Karma, Jason, Karma.....
I think there are a number of posters on here who will never be heard from again.Originally Posted by PSP;3354470;
Hi Lisa. Kinda hard to imagine how MF/CH/JM and any others involved figured this would be a romantic story, eh? Seeing as how you're the pro on that subject, I have appreciated reading your posts through this saga. It was certainly intriguing, but romantic? yipes.Originally Posted by LisaMondello;3354322;
This is a great post. Most importantly is the fact that you state regarding the "court of public opinion". I can't understand why Jason wouldn't play along with the Mel engagement at least until the show was over just to not look like such a tool. The fact that Molly said "Um, OK" shows that she didn't give much thought to the reality of the situation either. It's going to be a tough and lonely road.Originally Posted by Bet2Win;3354468;
If it's true the producers manipulated these events I don't understand why Jillian would want to further associate herself with this show. If she is aware of these events and still is going to do the show I have lost respect for her. She seems like a really good person with a good head on her shoulders so I'm hoping if manipulation indeed took place she will not do the show.
