This is how I have felt all along. She has been so hurt! And they exploited that! Jason obviously is a narcissistic wanker. She told him what people had done to her in the past. And they could have edited the part about her breast augmentation, as well.

This is all in such poor taste. Shame on you ABC!

They've turn Bachelor into Jerry Springer. I don't think Mel or Jillian should trust them anymore.

Love! Love! Love! Melissa. She's the best.. Glad she made it clear don't contact me and it seems came accross as strong... And as for the leading Mel on...

I am willing to bet that Melissa found out right on the show before going on or whatever. Jason if you were all about not leading Mel on you would have taken care of your business privately.

Why couldn't have Jason pulled a Charlie. You know tried to date both girls honestly... Seriously...

Who wants to bet that three months from now Jason is going to want Melissa back...

I have a question for everyone....If Melissa made it clear that she did not want Jason to e-mail her or attempt any kind of contact with her, then who do you suppose initiated that exchange of e-mails that RS has in his possession? My guess is Jason - I hope he is now being tortured by guilt, regret, etc., etc. Karma, Jason, Karma.....

This just ruined TB for me for good. I have no issue with Jason changing his mind. Getting some distance from the show and not feeling the constant pressure of having a camera in your face has a way of making things clearer. My issue with him is that he dumped Melissa on TV. He couldn't have done that in private? He couldn't have aired all that with Melissa on any of those visits they had? He HAD to do it on air? He could have had more respect for her as a person and not done that. I feel bad that Molly has been villified and I sincerely hope that she did not see Jason while Jason and Mel were together. But she has a right to follow her heart after the fact. Again, my issue is that a. Fleiss and company chose to air this humiliating experience in front of millions of viewers and b. Jason agreed to do this on air instead of treating Melissa with respect and breaking things off with her in private before pursuing Molly. Jason is a schmuck for what he did to Melissa. Not because he changed his mind.

Hi Lisa. Kinda hard to imagine how MF/CH/JM and any others involved figured this would be a romantic story, eh? Seeing as how you're the pro on that subject, I have appreciated reading your posts through this saga. It was certainly intriguing, but romantic? yipes.

ZuluMay, your posts cracked me up. Don't sugar coat it darlin.

This whole thing is not going to be pretty for either Jason or Molly. And once Molly gets to Kirkland, and sees Jason in his real life instead of TB with all it's trimmings, she's going to have a rude awakening. She will have left behind her family, friends, the country club to be in a strange land, to the stark reality of Jason's life ... child, ex-wife, sharing a townhouse with his brother ... and add to that, the not so warm welcome they will receive as a couple in the court of public opinion.

Not pretty at all. Whoever said Fleiss was not happy with this ending ... Fleiss is happy with any ending that makes him money. He didn't edit Molly to be warm and fuzzy, maybe he didn't have any footage to edit her otherwise.

This is a great post. Most importantly is the fact that you state regarding the "court of public opinion". I can't understand why Jason wouldn't play along with the Mel engagement at least until the show was over just to not look like such a tool. The fact that Molly said "Um, OK" shows that she didn't give much thought to the reality of the situation either. It's going to be a tough and lonely road.

If it's true the producers manipulated these events I don't understand why Jillian would want to further associate herself with this show. If she is aware of these events and still is going to do the show I have lost respect for her. She seems like a really good person with a good head on her shoulders so I'm hoping if manipulation indeed took place she will not do the show.
