I'm anxious to see how they present the commentary from Stephanie/Naomi/Kari at the ATFR2 - and see their expressions, etc

Well if things turn out the way we have heard over and over and over, then he will most likely be one of the most disliked Bachelors. There is no way in hades he could come out smelling like a rose if he really does dump Melissa on tv and hooks up with Molly.

That aside, for those asking why didn't they just show the love story between Jason and Molly? I think they did. It wasn't in your face and very subtle in comparison to what we saw between Mel/Jason as far as the instant chemistry, but it was still there. People can fall in love instantly, gradually, or any other way. You really have no control over how that happens

I do not think it was a setup. I believe it was Mel that Jason had his eye on from the beginning and that his feelings developed for Molly as the process wore on. By the end of it I think Jason felt pressure to pick Mel (whether from producers or b/c she was 'better' with Ty).

I agree with those who say he should have waited, but he didn't. And instead of stringing Mel along for the next 3 months and lying to himself and her, he cut her loose (so we're told). I think that is the respectable thing to do.

Either way, if he stayed with her or if he let her go, he was going to receive backlash b/c in both scenarios Mel will be hurt. He's damned either way.

I just wish him and Molly the best. I certainly see a love story developing there.
The respectable thing for him to have done is not to let ABC televise the breakup. If you read all the boards you will see that Jason is becoming someone lower than Brad (btw I didn't watch that show but Brad did the right thing) and who would have thought that.

As far as Molly and Jason go, I didn't see the chemistry and I frankly would be surprised if they lasted more than 6 months.

I saw chemistry between them, but it was not anything compared to what he has/had with Melissa.

Nothing they can say about Mel will make a public dumping and flip flop to Molly after a commercial break okay. I'm sure she will be very nervous coming onto the stage because with no audience there and Jason not beaming at her she mucst feel like a lamb being led to it's slaughter. It's shameful.

People talk. That was going to happen no matter what he did or how he chose to end the relationship with Melissa. He would be bashed either way. Two, three years later as more information came about Brad he was able to be vindicated by most.

As far as how long Jason and Molly last, only time can tell.

    Re: Atfr2

I believe some of the rumors are true.
Jason went from being engaged to being in love in his interviews (very noticeably different) he has maintained all along he was IN LOVE with 2 women. He is no longers saying that. CH and MF's comments have changed. The whole ATFR and second show after are huge red flags something is different.

Soooo I do think something strange happens. I personally think Jason and Melissa didn't work out pretty quickly thus they got rid of the rose game, knowing that Melissa wasn't really the winner. I don't know if Jason wil be vindicated in anyway by spinning it but I am sure they will try.

I do believe Jason picked Melissa under duress and that is why he was so upset on the balcony. When they got back to US and for whatever reason he and Melissa didn't work out, maybe because of his love for Molly maybe because of his religion, maybe because of her family

So Fleiss just decided to air it all instead of making them keep it all secret like in the past. They break up in public and Molly decides to see what happens.

THANK GOODNESS we were prepared for what is come..and not blindsided. I wish they had the set open to an audience I would have loved the viewer's honest and real reaction. MF took the pansy way out.

Jason is a for going along with that.

My only problem is the televising of the breakup. Why not just dispense with the ATFR? Or fake it!!

Gawd I hate this show. Last time I'll watch it.
