after learning about the spoilers, i initially thought that it all meant because melissa was gonna be so terribly heartbroken. i hope all the spoilers are wrong, but i doubt it. i wish he was still with melissa.. or at least just not with molly after picking melissa. i don't believe that ABC would show jason being a jerk after everything this season and the b'lette

What I don't get is this: Why did Melissa think she was going to hear (at the ATFR) that Jason was over Molly? I mean, the guy had already proposed to her...so why did she think he wasn't over Molly long before the ATFR, ie: at the proposal? What gave her this concern about Molly??

Maybe, and this is just speculation on my part, when she started watching the show, she picked up on things that we didn't? Or maybe since she was there she seen a lot more than we did and heard from the other girls a lot more than we did? Or maybe because he kept telling everyone who would listen that he fell in love with 2 women?

Hearing that your fiancee was in love with another woman on almost a daily basis would make an already insecure person even more insecure IMO.

My understanding of how the ATFR was taped, they only taped 1 ATFR but kept the cameras rolling so it ended up be an extended version of the first one. Does that make sense?

In other words, they didn't bring them back on 2 seperate days, they just kept going with it and couldn't fit it into the time slot allowed on the normal day, nor did they want to edit all the drama out so they decided to air what they had on another day.

? Make sense? It would be far easier to have only a few camera men and maybe CH there rather than a couple of hundred in an audience booing and hissing (if that's what they expected could occur).

Remember Melissas parents do not like the 'publicness' of the whole thing. Could this be why they did a ATFR2?

Assuming she took their engagement seriously, sure, it wasn't fun to hear, insecure or not. But "I was in love with TWO people; it was such a hard decision; Oh the torment; oh the hand-wringing I did; oh the agony" is the party line. Sometimes, it sounds very sincere, but anyone who has ever been "engaged" on this show has heard it from his/her fiance/fiancee.

There must have been more than that to explain Melissa's suspicion/knowledge/whatever that Jason was still/again/whatever involved with Molly.

For 2 months I thought my life was about to change. I was making arrangements for what was to come, only to find out that I was betrayed in the worst way. I was a pawn in some sick reality game, and I am here to tell you that it is and was not funny to me. I will post again at a later time. All these internet rumors are all over the place, and if ABC wants to sue me thats fine. Morally I wasn't wrong. I did the right things, and thought it was a fair shot at love. Boy was i wrong. Depressed does not even begin with some of the feelings i have at this point. I will blog later, but right now I think I have answered enough for now, and I don't wanna talk about this anymore tonight. Thanks again for all your love and support my myspace page has been recieving, and all the emails. When this all comes out, I will try to respond to everyone I can

I don't think that Melissa really did post this note. Doesn't ABC monitor their boards closely, particularly where a blatant breach of a contract occurs? Melissa may not be the sharpest knife in the drawer, but I can't see her taking on ABC lawyers and especially not before the finale has aired. Also, the writer of this note alternates between properly using uppercase "I" and lowercase "i". Too bad there's not a snopes-type site to check the authenticity of posts. This one just doesn't pass the smell test.

She's in the middle of a nasty, nasty controversy. I can't imagine anyone giving her any advice would recommend anything other than for her to remain silent. I do not, for a minute, think that is genuinely her.
