when chris said the emotionally difficult line, all i could think about is "who is hurt, who dies?" just the way it was described gave me that feeling. but it probably is the producers trying to get viewers... or at least i hope so.

Yep, it can all be something simple and nice. I'm not sure where all the crazy ideas have come from that this has to be a horror flick gone bad! As to why CH and tptb have made it a closed set? Because as soon as something is a secret, we all want to know! More will tune in.

(Which cracked me up, because of course they're going to show it on national television anyway). But, it sounds like something bad happened at the FRC and they were expecting fallout at AFR.

Maybe the difficulty had to do with filming sensitive issues in front of a packed house (so to speak), the AFRC is not live, so they save themselves from being embarrassed "live".
? Make sense? It would be far easier to have only a few camera men and maybe CH there rather than a couple of hundred in an audience booing and hissing (if that's what they expected could occur).

It could also be that #2 took the rejection so badly that they wanted to keep the setting private to avoid another outburst. Honestly, I think that people are reading too much into this and Fleiss and Company are loving the attention. Either;
1. Melissa's parents are there to give their "blessing" or
2. #2 (whoever that might be) took the rejection harder than expected and they think that she might explode again.

I want it to be something that isn't incredibly shocking. Maybe he and Melissa got married already or something and now they have to tell her parents. That's probably not it, but it's better than him dumping Melissa to be with Molly.

Pure Fleiss ... why would you ever let an audience see what happens before air time without editing? Those are $$ shots! $$$$$ shots! Do you know how big an audience there will be next Monday? Fleiss will buy two more seasons easily with that footage.

Collateral damage doe not matter.

I have not idea...but according to CH Jason comes out smelling like a rose. I take that as, it can't be that bad - where Jason is involved. CH really likes him and I don't think he would make that commment unless he thought it to be true. Otherwise his reputation would go down the drain. Remember CH said that he did not care for Deanna once her season started taping.

Was this before or after Jason changed his mind. Maybe Jason came off when he choose Melissa and everything was happy. But after this whole thing, he's not a rose.
