The overnight date between Molly and Jason took place prior to the GH date. Probably added to the uncertainty Melissa was feeling.

Jason's body language is really easy to read -- didn't Chris say in his blog post that Jason was completely transparent?

Just some of my observations from that video preview, for whatever they are worth. LOL

With Lauren:
- His body language is COMPLETELY closed off.
- It looks like his legs are crossed away from her, his torso is definitely straight up and not mirroring her posture whatsoever.
- He was stroking his face in a way that seemed very uncomfortable.
- A lot of raised eyebrows, frowns, and very obvious expressions that he didn't like what he was hearing. LOL
- The phrase "I hear you. Believe me, I hear you." -- So telling. How did she NOT pick up on any of this? LOL

With Melissa
- Twice now, he's responded to comments she's made with a 'delighted" opening of the eyes -- that look of slight but happy shock. First time when she said so quickly that she'd spend her summers with her kids. Second time in this video link above, when she said she liked him a whole lot more than she had thought she did -- his eyes widened the same way.
- He called her Mel (I'm going to steal Mel away)...and I thought it interesting to hear the girls' reactions. I swear it was almost like an "aww"
- He constantly touches Melissa
- The gentle way he touches her face when he kisses her. It's different from the way he's touched other girls' faces -- for instance, I think he touched Molly's face when he kissed her, but it was a touch on the tip of her chin, which to me almost signifies "keeping a distance between us." With Mel, it was on the cheek, toward the back of her head and very gently pulling her closer.
- He was always faced inward toward her, she was pulled in between his legs -very intimate, and he was leaning in -- all very clear signs of interest.

I just watched the video clip of the GH date with the sound off to focus on the BLF. Only needed once through to get the drift for Shannon & Lauren. Poor Shannon just marched herself right up in to his face. Emphasis on marched. She looked like she was executing a military drill.

And put a fork in Lauren, 'cause she is done. Jason's eybrows shot up like "I totally cannot believe you are saying this, sister" at least twice and his upper body was completely leaned away from her. He likes to be bossed around?

And now on to Miss Mel...

Could Jason be more in to her? Not by body language. He wraps himself around her at every opportunity. He had the top arms in the first hug, which Lynn7 explained in DeAnna's season is a dominant move, but not in a bad way. More in a "I feel really strongly about this person" way. And Melissa was definitely not the aggressor in the leg moves on the couch. She sat down and Jason put his leg around behind her. When he pulled her close, her legs had nowhere else to go but over his. Not that I think she minded. He's not really leaning towards her with his whole torso, but his upper back is bent in towards her, and he just looks so soft with her. His face just screams "I want to take care of you and make you feel better." He can certainly play Prince Charming to this Princess.
