The announced Bachelorette (next season)- WHO?

Like I said in my original post, I think the physical criteria is something TBTB consider but they also have to consider the built-in fan base for jillian. You never know.....
In another thread someone mentioned that Molly just returned from LA where she was being considered for the next bachlady. A few people discussed it and one person stated that TPTB often hold a few ladies in LA on the grounds that they may be considered.. so the jury is still out and they are looking at some of the women from this season. Also, the application deadline has also been extended, so ABC is keeping all options open.

Someone on another board had mentioned the ad in Skating magazine recruiting figure skaters. Most Olympic-eligible skaters are far too young (our national champion last year was 14), but as I asked over there, does anyone remember the fiery and unpredictable Nicole Bobek (she may actually be too old now). She was tall, lithe, blonde and seemed to be up for anything. She had a disastrous performance in the 1998 Olympics. Her name may only be instantly recognizable to hard-core skating fans, but if they promoted her with images of her better performances, I think she'd draw attention.
