Guess he was not in a hurry to go back to the two girls. Things were already not right then.

Re: What's up with that edit??!!

Another edit observation, I just rewatched another episode-last week's. At the start of Melissa's NZ date is a shot of a precious little baby lamb. My first thought was, oh look a lamb being led to slaughter!
I must admit that watching the show after reading all of the speculation, the Melissa scenes seem to be less sincere, more acted. I am really, really hoping that she has always been in on it and is not about to be hurt.

I think that the answer to your question lies in what RS exposed.

There appears to be no shortage of posters who have no problem seeing Molly get hurt, but God forbid Melissa gets hurt.

I thought it was a foreshadowing of Mel interacting with Ty.

I think that it is obvious through ALL your posts that you are a Molly fan..that is fine...I think that what most posters are upset about is the WAY this is being edited and the WAY it will be handled. EVERYONE will be hurt to some degree...it doesn't matter whom he is choosing..it is dispicable the WAY she is being chosen. Please come down of your Molly pedestal...and join the masses who are saying what is happening is wrong.

This is way many here TRY not to have a favorite...there are no sides here except what is right/wrong?

And in your "defence" imho, I do not believe anyone gets "hurt" except as part of the normal elimination process that they all signed up for. TPTB may love drama and have no ethics to speak of, but they would be risking too much if they unexpectedly "hurt" one of the F2 (without their knowledge or complicity) who could "tell all". This is one time (again imho) TPTB wouldn't rely on contracts alone - human emotions are too complex!

She cut in on Racquel's salsa dancing lesson, she cut in on another woman's time with him at the cocktail party when she already had a rose, she 'spent the night' early on, she took him away from the pool party to show him her secret talent of kissing. Most of all, she 'asked' him to spend the night with her even though she KNEW he'd be asking her. Then we have CH saying in his blog that Jason worried about her feelings for him--despite her having constantly initiated their spending time together.

I can not figure out the excessive "concern over Melissa's parents" storyline. I mean it's not as if they were going out in a normal situation and Jason said "I'd like to take your parents out for dinner on Saturday" and they declined. All they did was decline to be on a reality television show. Nobody with any sense is going to see that as weird or abnormal. It's not a matter of Mel's family saying "we don't care who you're seeing" but rather "we don't want to be on TV, in a situation known to be edited and manipulated when shown on TV, and possibly embarassed."
Regardless of whether Molly was called in Jesse's position until the F3 RC; regardless of whether she got the rose petals, and regardless of the fact that that she exited the car in the #16 slot, she has not gotten a typical F1 edit. No F1 has ever been edited this negatively.

* Look at all of the examples given above*

What this edit reminds me of is when DeAnna walked out in the F1 position, but she really wasn't the F1. In actuality she was another F2 just like Jenni because she wasn't accepted either. However, what happened is that we had a wonky edit with DeAnna as well. She had the only true rising storyline; she got the best suite, she got the F1 stats, but......
DAnna also got an F2 negative edit in that she was shown as the confrontational person in the house even to the point that Chris Harrison brought it up again at the WTA when she wasn't even there to defend herself; moreover, it was obvious to me as a nonbiased viewer that the Bach was interacting more with the F2 (Jenni - he would run right by DeAnna to go be with Jenni), yet we were shown DeAnna end up in the last slot as the supposed F1.

Molly is not getting an F1 edit - it's way too negative; if anything they are both getting an F2 edit just like in Brad's season. That might just go along with this whole conflicted, "I was in love with 2 women" at the same time bit and parallel Brad's season where you really had two F2 edits because he basically had two F2s.

To sum it, if Molly was the true F1, while not steller her edit would not be this negative, and the stats would remain true.

I restrict my comments to the actual footage that I have watched thus far. I do not consider rumors or fragments of screen caps to be evidence of what the final edit will show. I cannot get bent out of shape over what may or may not transpire. I don't know what is happening other than what I've seen. I don't drink the Kool-Aid. I reserve my judgment until this has played out, and even then we all know, at the end of the day, this is just a TV show.
