Molly has been criticized for not getting close to the other women, but she has shown to Jason that she is willing to sacrifice that in order to spend more time with him. I believe he did the same when his role was reversed.

They are definitely trying to make Melissa mom like. For instance, her cleaning up on the house boat, seeing her with kids, Jason says she has a gift with kids, her wanting to be a teacher, spending the summers with kids, and then Jason saying she is perfect. We have seen nothing like this with the other women, absolutely nothing. I find that really interesting.

All I know is that he really ticks me off when the editors hide things from us. I want to see a story develop. It's not supposed to be a mystery novel with a twisted ending, for pete's sake.

So, why don't we get to see more of what happens with Molly? I want to like her but honestly, I don't. Maybe I would if they had shown more of her? So why don't they?

I agree with everything you say - Something is just not right with Melissa all the drama so soon after knowing someone. Brings back the Shayne season with her being this cute, ditsy movie starry type. Why no visit to her apt. or condo? boyfriend there?

Did they need some drama and Melissa is providing it? Does Jason know this? I don't think so...just a gut feeling that Melissa is not all she seems to be.

RS said pay attention to the day he made all of this come into play. The day he gave us this "jaw dropping" big "wait till ya see it" finale. You know i keep saying that something changed for Jason and Melissa at the GH wrap party. From what we see he says he is going to take Mel to the side and helps her off the seat and they go in private. God only knows how long there initial conversation was because the next thing we are shown is that she is crying and he is holding her. The first thing we hear him say is a question to Melissa. He said "but you know there is a connection right?" Melissa says yes and that why.... then they sit down and she starts fanning herself and says she is NOT supposed to be crying in front of him right now................ Why? because she was scripted in this season and did not expect to literally fall in love with Jason? That is what i believe. The game was over right there!! That sent everyone into overdrive trying to edit this in a different light because MEl and J's affection toward each other is off the charts!!

Interesting question about HTD. Mel could very well be a plant like Shayne, but I never see Jason actually enjoying himself with her. He is usually consoling her or they are talking to and riding on the Magic 8 Blimp that will most likely for the rest of their lives float overhead giving them the answers to life's questions.

He seems to be enjoying himself to me. Honestly, Jason is quite serious this season. It seems like next week will start all of the fun adventure dates.

yes - and some of the most compelling statements about the importance of Ty have come from Jillian. i think Molly has been shown the least with respect to the idea of Ty and kids... of course - this could all be editing. All signs point to Melissa as F1 -

One thing you are forgetting when they were talking on the "tent date", he asked her something to the effect "How would you handle having someone else's child around? Her answer something to the effect "If I loved the man I couldn't help but love his child, too.

Pretty powerful words to me about Ty.
