I think that Jason and Andy are both innately very kind and affectionate people. I also know from Byron's season that he was told by the producers to "kiss more", so I believe they are pushing all of that kissing beyond what he even wants to do on his own.
We are going to get that "lovin" kind of edit like we did with Andy, I believe, and I also think that Molly is being set up with the physical edit ala Bevin.

If you will notice, in the Seattle radio interview Jason remarked that he had to figure out whether it was physical, friends, hobbies, personal interests, and who has only 1 of these things, etc.

I think he just gave us some of the edited storylines!

I agree about Jason being affectionate. We saw it on Deanna's season. I think he's affectionate and passionate. And let's cut him some slack, he's not a player, he's a one woman man. He didn't even start dating after Deanna, and Deanna seems like the first woman he was serious with after his wife. I think I heard him say in one interview, it was like his high school sweetheart, his relationship with his wife, and then Deanna. He is monogamous by nature it seems.

But he this is his season, and I think he really was looking for the person who he had that spark with chemistry with, so if he is a bit like a kid in a candy store, I think its okay. I don't think he's one of those bachelors that after the show ends, is going to think the world is his oyster as far as women go, and dump his F1. Or its going to mess with his ego. I think he gets that its an unreal situation, and he gets that this is all a once in a life time opportunity for him. So he's going to have some fun! But still he isn't a user, or does he take delight in hurting people's feelings or leading them on.

I agree especially with the bolded part. Bloomers, you're the one who said Jason likes to remained married, or something like that, correct? In his limo exit in De's season, he said "I am so ready to be in love". I think Jason likes to fall in love, because he has a big heart full of love to give. There are many different kinds of love, and I agree it looks like Molly is getting the Bevin edit, emphasizing the physical attraction. The funny thing is, as some posters already mentioned, Jillian looks kind of like Tessa in some sc, and her hot-dog segment reminds me of Tessa's muffin joke.
I also suspect that:
1. Since Jason said he fell in love with 2 women in one of his earlier interviews, he has to stick to that line now.
2. It could also be his attraction for F1 was so much stronger in the later episodes, he has to create some suspenses to lure viewers to watch now.
Only time will tell, but the romantic in me hopes he is truly, 100% in love with his F1 and F1 alone.... little naive me, eh?

One more thing, I think ABC is banking on the fact that both Melissa and Deanna are petite brunettes, TPTB released the aerial shot of the happy couple in the hope that the casual viewers will think it's Deanna that Jason proposed.

He didn't date after DeAnna because producers approached him about doing the show at the ATFR ... There were only a few weeks in between the finale and the announcement that he was going to do it.

He was the quiet, mature one in DeAnna's season: the one who gave her a sympathetic sounding board when she cried and complained. I certainly don't think it's a problem for him to kiss a bunch of women on this show. That's what he's there for! They have to show the kisses to make it interesting. And a kiss is just a kiss, after all. They are all big girls.

Actually Jason never kissed Melissa on the lips when he gave her the rose, he kissed her on her cheek.......

I rewatched the rose ceremony and for some reason they show Raquel getting a rose before Melissa and Jillian, but when Jillian walks back to her spot Raquel does not have a rose. No clue why they did this.

It looks as though Jason kisses Melissa half on the lips and half on the cheek... sort of on the corner of her mouth.

I agree, and quite frankly don't think they "thought that one up" until they realized Jillian was going home.
