Molly's demeanor is strikingly different than the others. I feel as though I am watching someone with their game face on. Jillian, while also very composed like Molly, expresses herself very fully when speaking with others.

I think last night did show some interesting contrasts. Melissa expressed her dismay very vocally whereas Jillian seemed to just roll with it and enjoy herself. She also later pointed out that they all knew what they were getting into when they joined the show. Perhaps it's simply age difference thing - 25 vs 29.

Or a personality difference. I am a "Melissa", my best friend is definitely a "Jillian". And we are 51!!

We didn't know about Naomi until we read it in CH's blog.

Shannon was pitiful - begging him not to let her go, I really felt bad for her.

These women were one of 9 last night - to get this emotional over someone (whether it's Naomi, Megan, Shannon or Melissa - notice Jilly didn't get caught up in that) is utterly ridiculous. Of course TPTB set this up for the most dramatic affect and it worked wonders, didn't it???

I'm glad you have high hopes for a happily ever after with Mel and Jay.

I don't think that it is fair to assume that Molly doesn't have the same feelings for Jason. Remember, what stirred a lot of emotions with Melissa was the GH date. Molly wasn't on that date so she didn't have to deal with that trainwreck.

All getting the same edit. Mind you, I like Melissa much more than I did Shayne ( her dad knowing Fleiss was the biggest turnoff for me) but it's still the same storyline. IMO the show just doens't allow for guys/gals to dig deep enough to find a girl that really might suit them and they go for the physical attraction that they feel at the beginning. It's a whirlwind process and way too many girls to start. They should start with 15, go down to 10 the first night and allow for more dates and less people on group dates to allow for more 1 on 1 time. JMO

I'm not saying that it won't work with Melissa, just saying that in general, the Bach chooses the girl that he is physically attracted to and we all know that that's why most relationships end (on the show and in real life) 'cause once the butterfly's are gone - that's when you get to meet the real person - again JMO

I couldn't disagree with you more. I find Melissa very likeable, cute, funny...and while she probably won't be the CEO of any major company soon, I feel like she's got a lot more to offer than Shayne. Shayne was a complete airhead.

I do! BUT, that's just what they are HOPES. I hope that they are able to continue to build on the chemistry and attraction that they have now. I hope that all their plans come to fruition. I hope that the three of them will be very happy. From all sources so far they are. I wish the same for my friends and aquantances too!

When we see Melissa crying with her insecurities fully spotlighted we hear Jason tell her "I want you to be you". There must be a reason for that.

Molly comes across as fake, IMO. Always has a smile plastered on her face when she's talking to Jason. That may be due to nerves, but it makes what she says to Jason ring as false and insincere, at least to me.

Back to Melissa, She's definitely getting the "What does F1 think??" treatment regarding PIs. Last night was a little extreme, but it's happened before, other than Shayne (Tessa, Jerry, Sarah S - where they "narrated" throughout the season). I thought Melissa tempered what she saw during filming with a sense of humor, eventhough it was really bothering her inside. I didn't see her as "so overly jealous and insecure" in front of the other girls, either. Just about all of them were commenting on how much kissing was involved, groaning and cracking jokes - even Jillian! Yes, it definitely bothered her, but after seeing the absurd amount of kissing they scripted for Jason (combined with Megan mauling him), I think it's understandable that many of them were bothered by it.

Sorry grneyedgirl. I should have put in my usual disclaimer about the "edited version" I've seen of Molly. TPTB will eventually show us why she is F2, but I haven't seen it yet. As I said, I've only seen the "like" she has for Jason so far. We may have to wait until HTD to see that level of feeling from Molly.

I was a bit worried about her edit but you're right, she tempered it with humor and she's always supportive of the other gals.
