By this time during the Bachelorette season there were so many video tributes to Deanna and Jason or Deanna and Jesse or Deanna and Jeremy. I wonder why there aren't any yet! I really enjoy them. If I knew how I would make one!

I am going to make a Melissa and Jason one..but I'm waiting for more clips of them (on dates, etc). So maybe after next week's episode I will make one!

I think Melissa has one up on every girl because she is use to that situation. Anyone with the experience of being around cameras would have it a lot easier.

I just had to add my 2 cents worth--and BTW I am not a teacher.
The teachers I know work very hard constantly taking extra courses to keep up with the current methods of teaching. Many states require you to have your masters degree within so many years in order to maintain your certificate. So it is rare for teachers to just "have a summer off" between workshops and classes.
I think and hope that more conversation went on regarding Melissa's career goals of being a teacher, than what the edit showed. I realize for entertainment purposes, we were not going to have her expound upon the virtues of teaching.
JMO but if you are going to be a teacher you better be dedicated and committed or you are in the wrong field. The days of the MRS Degree should be long over and buried.

Thanks for this, it is so true. Makes you wonder if she even really checked into being a teacher. Maybe she thinks being a 1st grade teacher, you wouldn't need to prepare much. LOL

Again, you couldn't tell how much this subject was explored due to edit and without the edit, it would have bored the audience to tears.
Having an immediate family member choosing to change careers and going a similar route in becoming a teacher, I know first hand it will be a good 18 mos to 2 yrs of schooling, depending on the type of teaching degree desired.
I think the edit did her an injustice by making her come across superficial, with such a glib response regarding her future goals. But then this is The Bachelor.
