B13 Thoughts and Comments

I didn't watch DeAnna's season, so consequently didn't follow the boards, but had to come back for this season. I'm missing the body language interpretations that used to be done. What happened? I loved getting the perspective from people that either study body language or had a different view because of deafness and the need to watch closer.

I started teaching the day after graduating from college. Four and a half years later, I was burned to a crisp from administrative b.s and bureaucracy. Although leaving my students was heart-breaking, I did it, and gave myself the gift of the search. Throughout it all, I knew something was still missing--my goal was to find where I was meant to be. Those few years away gave me a perspective I couldn't put into focus right away, that no matter the extraneous baggage that accompanies education, I needed to work with kids. I returned to the classroom--nearly twenty years ago now--and still adore my high school students.

I sense Melissa has been on her own journey, both personally and professionally. I wish her godspeed.

Love your insight, Tiger Pride Mom! When asked by Jason why she wanted to teach 1st graders Melissa said she wants to "feel like I've done something today" when the day is over. Regardless of who the F1 is, I wish Melissa well!

There is guitar music during the 1:1 time at the rooftop swimming pool when Jason and Molly were kissing.

I feel the same as you in regards to the Jillian choosing jason thing...... they are very comfortable with each other, friends as well and in the words of Jason, some romance there too.

I always feel that if the F1 is willing to move, then the relationship will more than likely to last, such as Sarah in Charlie's season. Did Byron move to be with Mary? I didn't watch that season. On the other hand, Tessa and Jennifer (P-Lo's chosen one) never moved and look what happened. That's why I want to hear Melissa is planning to move soon...., oh, well, only time will tell.

That doesn't always work. Jen moved for Andrew and it didn't work either. It should have worked and I Do have my opinions as to why it didn't.

I really hope Melissa does move there and that they take it really slow.
Because Jason having done it before, some of the ladies must have come into this feeling in love with Jason. That is the only thing I can think of as to why some were in love with him on night one and that list includes Melissa, from what they have shown.

IDK--I heard Melissa was recruited to do the show. Does that mean she wanted to meet him as desperately as some of the other women and was recruited or does it mean she was recruited and said "heck, yeah it'll be fun--Jason who?" Then there could be a grey area. Either way time will tell.

I am beginning to think this show was a set up from the beginning. Not necessarily that he had picked his F1, but that information was deliberately diseminated to certain parties and things scewed in certain directions. Random choice probably was not part of the equasion.
If Jason had prior knowledge and participated in the choices of cast, he could have had his choices nailed down to the final half dozen, with one or two favorites, before the M & G even started.
Jason had much more freedom to contact the outside world - not Ty - throughout.
So I am thinking there is a possibility that the deck has been stacked, and I hope that someone stacked it the right way so that it works for all concerned. They probably could have shortened this show to about three episodes.

After watching this weeks episode here are my thoughts. Im still not crazy about Melissa. She reminds me way to much of Meanna. Anybody having trouble believing Melissa wants to be a teacher? Or is she just saying what Jason wants to hear wether its true or not ?

I adore Stephanie and if Jason wants a mature woman ready to settle down he would pick her. But we know he doesnt. Hes going to pick the airhead cheerleader Meanna look alike.

I Like Jillian a lot too. She has a great attitude and I liked her spunk When Jason beat danced for the girls I fell off the couch from laughing so hard! He is so adorable!

Next week Stephanie gets a one on one date! Go Stephanie!
There was a new commercial with Stephanie and Jason and the girls are jealous of her one on one time. The girls want to bring her down! Keep dreaming ladies!
