I wish that I had watched all of Brad's season. He's a Bach rogue, IMO...he didn't let TPTB force him into picking someone when he didn't "feel it". And since most viewers fall for the show's ruse, they were outraged. "How could he do this, not pick someone, and break 2 hearts?".

My only gripe about Brad is that he filmed that sandwich segment for DeAnna's season.

Actually the producers made him film the sandwich segment in his own season (a game was on the tv) and they inserted it into De's season. Fleiss orginally wanted that segment for the end of Brad's show but ABC would not let him. Instead they had De returning to her room after the FRC.

That scene is my favorite out of all seasons.
I like when they do bloopers, too. CH is very funny and we rarely get to see him cut loose.

IA; I still chuckle just thinking about it. (Brad on the couch.)

Can you imagine the blooper footage they'd have after all these years? They could fill a whole season with those, I bet!

How did Brad eventually "buck" the system...I do give him kudos, after witnessing the past few seasons.

He is strong within himself, a man with integrity that would not submit to pressure. I would imagine they tried to coerce him into choosing one but he stayed true to himself.

I have to admit that reading Jason's reply to Bonnie did come across as if it was luck of the draw; but he did follow it with: "It’s really thinking what’s in your head, what’s in your heart, what’s in your soul, what’s in your gut and really following all those things at the same time.”

To me it says that he may have been going along with the show's romantic process (which IMO is an easy setting to fall in love) and really cared for both girls; but through deep introspection with he came to clearly know inside the one he could (hopefully) spend the rest of his life with.

Yes, I am a romantic dreamer.... but until I watch the Bonnie Hunt show, I will give him the benefit of the doubt.

Me to!! I imagine an E True Hollywood Story about 10 years from now narrated by bald bachelors and non-dieting bachelorettes.

I'm also a Survivor fan but I definirely don't go in search of information on behind-the-scenes machinations and such with that show. There's editing and probably some producer puppeteering, but I think you still clearly see how they got from point A to point B each episode. With this show, I always wonder what the "real story" was. This web site has only fueled mycuriousity more.

Thanks in advance!
I just watched my recorded Jimmy Kimmel interview. That's where I heard it. I think his words just flowed without exact direction from his brain, though. He was first speaking of the proposal and rejection, and said, "Well, that morning I fell in love with Deanna, proposed..." (paraphrasing). It sounded more silly than anything. If I hadn't seen the season or knew nothing about the show, I might have thought he was mocking the show's premise & time frame. In actuality, though, it really just seemed like a flub.
