I don't know. I think she may, because of this cap from the RC (where they have to 'dish' about each other in front of Jason)

She's right next to Stephanie (who we know gets a rose from their 1 on 1 date) and seems to be the end of the line of ladies.

I agree. I was looking at the caps from next weeks preview and this is the order they are standing.

Lauren Megan Shannon Kari Naomi Melissa Erica Nikki Stephanie(rose) Jillian

The only two not shown are Natalie (who was cut on her 1 on1) and Molly. But since we know Molly didn't get a date, it doesn't matter where she stands, but if I had to guess I think she is standing next to Lauren. It makes sense Jillian ends up with the group date rose based on where she is standing in the line up, unless this is not a RC lineup.

Is Jillian wearing a different dress from the cocktail party to where she seems to be laying in the bed (or whatever it is) smiling with Jason? They both seem blue, but different. Her hair was up in one and down in the other...confusing!

It looks like a sofa to me. There are several photos of Jason with a different woman, sitting on one or 2 different sofas. And then the one with Melissa, which looks like a black leather sofa.
