| Re: Jillian **Spoilers** this is really silly, but do you all notice in the pass five episodes that Jillian is always shown eating and she is so little ![]() they show the other women eating as well but we've seen Jillian chow down on a hotdog, tacos?, beets, spagetti.... she should be as big as a house by now ![]() anyway, on a more 'serious' note i think Jillian is what i call a ''ride'' or ''die'' chick, meaning she's very astute in knowing what she wants it sorta makes her unatainable. she's seems super fun and if you let the boat pass or the moment go with her, then its your loss, life goes on, and she'll move on to bigger and better things. i think the description Jason gave to Stephaine on her fairwell better describes Jillian...just my two cents....

| Re: Jillian **Spoilers** I think the success of a relationship that is created this way depends on the conception of how relationships should be formed and what commitment means. Most folks probably don't remember David Welnick. He was the guy who decided he was going to get married at the Mall of America on a certain day. Only problem - no wife. So he put out an ad - a bunch of women applied - his friends picked their favorite - and he married her. They worked hard to build a relationship and now have two kids and are very happy. But they made that commitment to creating that relationship that would stand long-term. There are a lot of arranged marriages that the people get much less time to get to know each other and that are extremely successful. In fact, this is more the norm in the world than the American notion of romantic love holding two people together. I think though, that the people that get picked for this show, by their nature that they would even do this, are not the kind of people who could make that kind of commitment and who do not see building relationships in this way. Someone like Jillian, may be able to find someone to have those romantic feelings with through a process like this but probably wouldn't let that mature into the kind of commitment that is necessary to live in a little box for the rest of your life with. She probably would continue to seek that excitement. Don't get me wrong - I adore Jillian and she is my favorite bachelorette ever - but I have a hard time seeing her find "forever" through a process like this. |

Rewatched the last episode and thought it was so cute how Jillian and Molly were holding hands when walking into the hotel lobby [where they ate all that fancy stuff]. Looks like they're close.

| Re: Jillian **Spoilers** Jillian's answers to Jason when they went for coffee on the last episode reminded me alot of Graham from last season. The way the edited it seemed be foreshadowing that the same thing was going to happen to her as happened to him. She is not going to declare her undying love and risk being humiliated, she needs to do things in her own time - exactly the same issues Graham had and the reason why De let him go. I want Jillian to win as she is my favorite but I'm starting to worry as I don't think Jason would risk choosing her after 2 failed attempts (ex-wife & De), he will probably choose someone that is safer. |
