Actually you might of made a really good point here. Maybe what they(TPTB) are setting us up here for Deanna coming in and giving Jason advice..... saying that she wishes that she gave Graham more of a chance as things might of worked out with him. Hense the thoughts from Jason that he is worried that he might end up on his own....... she felt that way, ended up regretting it so maybe she is back to tell Jason that problem and to maybe give him insight as to whether he should give Jillian more of a chance and take her to the end.......??

Also, .now,she pointed out that she needs to focus on "me" - said it more than once.... if she is in a good place, and ready for a healthy relationship, I would have expected her to say she needed to focus on either "Them" as a couple, or "Jason" as her love interest.
I personally believe that this adventure is showing her that she is perhaps not where she thought she was emotionally, or simply that Jason doesn' t bring out the open/easy Jillian that I know is there somewhere.
I truly like Jill, and even identify with her somewhat, so I am not tying to bash - only to show my perceptions from last night.

Yes she said that but the context was in relation to the other woman. She said that she had to be strong for the other girls, that's why she wasn't showing her emotion. Jason realized that, (he was the one that mentioned it by saying she was the backbone of the group) and was telling her to stop worrying about the other girls and that's when she acknowledged that it was time to focus on her and why she was there. We now know why she's a natural caregiver, if she had a mom with emotional issues while she was growing up. She'll make a great wife and mother when she finds her mustard man!!

Yeah, but Graham really didn't fall for her. We really can't blame Jason for not wanting to go through that again with what happened with DeAnna.

I agree -Jillian would be much more comfortable without camera's around her. I really love her honesty, she admitted she went on the show for adventure and for the experience - I really admire that, what you see is what you get with her (from what I can tell anyway). Some of the other things girls say just sound so "rehearsed", for lack of a better word. It's like they say what they think Jason wants to hear, or what they think is the right answer. No wonder most of these relationships don't work, they never get to "meet" the person they chose as F1 until after the FRC

Can you imagine? Strip away the lights, cameras, producers, glitzy hotel rooms, helicopters, fancy dresses, alcohol, mansions, swimming pools, candles....and replace them with bills, crappy days at work, sick kids, tantrums, money issues, family dynamics, old relationships, religion, politics, etc...and they have only known each other for a few weeks and they haven't even spent much time together. It must almost be like being engaged to a stranger, really. Weird.

This is pretty close to the truth.
I heard it on Kate's blog and Tina's blog, that during the filming they were basically told what to say most of the time. Scenes lasted hours. In between takes etc, the cast would get to know each other. So it was during quiet, rare times in between takes the girls would get to actually talk like real people to the bachelor. They got to share very little of their real selves with him, if time did not allow. This might be why you hear Megan say what she said in her interview that she never really got to know Jason.

I think I'd like it better if there was just a cameraman folllowing them around as opposed to the production crew - it would probably be more "real" for both the participants and the viewers.

By nature of the show Jason has to pick someone and make it seem like they are engaged. If he and Jillian have a connection and I believe they do, then after it doesn't work out for Jason and Mel or Molly they could date at their own speed. I wouldn't feel comfortable saying alot on camera but I would tell him off camera how I feel. Hope Jillian does that if she really cares for him. I don't think Jillian will have a hard time meeting anyone after this show.She is a gem.
