I found a review of the Hilton, posted by an anonymous tourist on March 12 about his recent vacation. He complained about the Infinity Pool being closed for 24 hours "for filming" (his quotes). Of course this could be anything from a commercial to a movie scene, but the timing fit TB.

Lynn I definitely respect your point of view and I'm sure you see a lot more than I do Maybe "easy" was not the right term. It seems "fun" between them, but I don't see that emotion that I see with Shayne or with Chelsea. I know you have a different perspective, but this is what I see. I've watched all 3 with out the sound, in slow motion and I still see the same. Fun with Amanda. More with Chelsea and Shayne.

I'm seeing what you're seeing, casualfan. Someone even said many pages back in this thread that maybe Amanda isn't even that into him, or he into her. It's a very possible theory.

For me, I think the thing that keeps getting in the way is that Matt and Amanda look good together. But, are they good together? That's another question.

When I read the bolded part of your post SweetElvira, I immediately flashed on that S&TC episode where Carrie is dating the guy she is "just trying on" like a DKNY dress - because it he there. I don't remember the exact quote.

Except for the death of a fiance, I believe Amanda is totally getting the Danielle edit. Even the screencaps and PIs are eerily the same - mostly hidden except for small conversations of a continual theme, a cute hometown date, and then gone at F3. Even having said that, I like what we have been shown of Amanda and cannot wait to see her HT date and FD.

Maybe the connection is just good friends so that is why she can prank him on the HTD and is so relaxed about it.

I think that most people going into the HTD want to make a really good impression and show the bachelor the connection with their family. Should be funny to watch, just hope that Matt gets it. The producers won't look very good if the prank offends people.

I agree. There are a small group of us at work that watch The Bach. Everyone is hyped for next week to:
1. Watch Lorenzo Lamas (good one Fleiss) and
2. See what enfolds on Amanda's HTD.
While there is much excitement about 2, there is also much apprehension on how it will be edited. I think that it has potential to make or break it for Amanda, and that is exactly what it is meant to do. JMO

I really hope even if Amanda is not F1 that they (producers) pull this off with class, I dislike it when people are thrown under the bus
