Can someone lighthen the picture of Matt coming out of the ocean with the girl in his hand please?

This show doesn't have the polish of Top Chef because Top Chef is actually trying to produce a good product. Again, all Fleiss is doing is trying to stump the sleuthers. He doesn't care about a story and he gave up years again trying to show a love story.

Remember, there used to always be two parts to the HTD, one where the bachelor and bachelorette met up somewhere in the home town and then another with her family.

I agree and disagree to a point. Mike Fleiss (or more accurately, the entire senior team of people responsible for this production) do not in my view care one whit about sleuthers, though I know that's a sacrilege to post.

But truly, it is a business. Next Entertainment produces shows to get ratings, which drive their fees/revenue, and whether any network will air the programming. And sleuthers on FORT or elsewhere, though venerable, do not impact, much less drive, ratings.

With 10 or more failed couples under their belts, and faced with cynical/skeptical network execs, advertisers, media critics and the like, Next/Fleiss have stopped pitching or conceiving of this as a show about a love story. (Fans look for that on their own.)

Mike Fleiss and his colleagues see it, as a sociological matter, as a depiction of the lengths to which women will go to snag a man. (And I deplore it for that reason.)

EXAMPLE: "But it's not supposed to be a guaranteed proposal. It's about how men and women relate and date. It's about getting into the mind of a single guy and the mind of a single girl."

In any event, the Exec Producers are simply trying to get ratings, and are lately (a) out of ideas on how to keep it fresh, (b) under the impression that Girls Gone Wild, Girl on Girl fights, are good not bad for ratings and (c) this season, engineered a farce from beginning to end.

And that's where I think the negative attention should be directed. They just aren't very good at their jobs, which is to create entertainment that the masses want to watch.

Okay, so there was a discussion going on over in the Amanda thread, but I wanted to ask a question here because I think it fits on this thread. We have screencap evidence of Shayne and Chelsea both at the Hilton. Shayne and Chelsea in PIs and Chelsea and Matt on the couch. There is information from an inside source that Amanda also stays at the Hilton. Therefore, it would be logical that all of the F3 stay at the Hilton. It says in the media description that the girls go back to Matt's fantasy suite for the fantasy suite dates. I thought we were told that Matt would be staying at the Great House. Why then is Matt in what is most likely Chelsea's suite at the Hilton in the couch screencap? Is this from an LCD? I don't think I am wording this right, but I'm just confused.

Yes, if the girls all stay at the Hilton for their FD and go to HIS suite at the end of the evening, then that cap could indicate a LCD.

Of course, he may go back to their individual suites at the Hilton at the end of the night.....IF that is the case, then the pic of Shayne and Matt at the Great House is a LCD.

Either way, one is most likely a LCD and the other a FD.

At least, that is how I see it.

I tried once before in the past to lighten up but it's still to dark for me to see much. Maybe someone else has a better program or skills to do that.
