I am thinking Chelsea F1 and Shayne F2. That would more typically fit a Fleiss editing pattern... Only because Shayne is shown SO much AND is given the chemistry edit.

I have my doubts, too... but am basing my prediction on past edits and hoping they stay true to form.... I do like Shayne though. She's really fun!

Sometimes the "bad" hometown edit is previewed much worse than it really is...That is likely the case for Shayne.... If her hometown visit goes great... I will be back on the fence over who wins (I do believe strongly it's either Chelsea or Shayne).

Me too. I have seen Chelsea as a potential F1 for a while, but it still could go either way IMO. At least we got to see interactions with several of the girls tonight! And the previews of the HTDs look hilarious!

ITA! I felt like we were able to see more time with ALL of the girls tonight and that made me happy.

I thought from early on that Chelsea could be the F1. I just didn't want to believe that Shayne could be so in our face and still be F1... I would be happy with either. I totally see the chemistry with Shayne and the compatibility with Chelsea.

After tonights previews, I see the HTD as being the clincher for Amanda. But, for me that is in a good way. I think Matt's humor will appreciate the prank, just as much as he enjoyed Chelsea arm wrestling him in first show. I think he will "get it" when he realizes that he's been had with the prank Amanda pulls and really appreciate the fact that they have a similar sense of humor. He enjoyed it when she told him her family would serve him possum for dinner.

Chelsea doesn't quickly see it when Matt teases; but Amanda just teases right back.

I still have Amanda F1, Chelsea F2 and Shayne F3 (unless I see different in next 2 shows).

Although if it really is not her mom, as some have said it seems not to be (based on pictures seem of her prior) and this is totally a prank fake family based on their convo and she'll bring out the real family after the "prank" factor, then I think that says there is a whole lot MORE between Matt and Amanda or a whole lot LESS.

Either she feels SO comfortable and confident with him that she KNOWS he'll take this well and crack up (in which case they've edited out even more than most of it thought) OR she has so little interest in him that she doesn't care if this blows it.

I think she's WELL aware how critical the HTDs are and that she's not stupid enough to pull something that could go SO far wrong if she really cared...UNLESS they have such a foundation established she can do it.

Andy and Tessa had things going on we didn't know about all along (as we found out in her collage)...I don't think I'd rule out that could be the case with Matt and Amanda, and that this actually isn't an example of that..only this time we see it before the end b/c there was just no way to edit it out.

And I think the "such a foundation she can do this" route is more likely b/c the producers obviously knew this was going to happen...SOMEONE would know those aren't her real folks if that's really no the case. If she was doing this to "prank" ABC just as much, the producers wouldn't have let her get away with it I don't think...

We've got to remember though that the producers haven't met her family yet either... She may have pranked them all... which is BRILLIANT if she pulled it off!
