Ok. So there is a double exposure here with a picture of a women (from tie down) walking up stairs away from the FRC area. She is wearing a dark dress and you can see her arm pulling up the skirt to go up the stairs. This looks like Chelsea's dress at the F3 ceremony but the pic is a recap of FRC.

Sorry - that does not compute - if he is kneeling - Shayne would be taller than him - not same height - so he would not be looking directly into her eyes if he was kneeling
