ITA! I just don't think the arm is thin enough to be Amanda's so it goes down to Chelsea or Shayne. I vote for Shayne.

That would be why we do not see the bracelet fall down her hand initially--it is on her right hand and not her left.

I said this earlier but this season would make more sense to me if he would give her a promise ring.. especially since he said he just wants to have fun with his F1 & she doesn't want to get married now! But then again they are promoting the Will You Marry Me... could it be that they just want to pull in a few more viewers with that preview BUT there really isn't a proposal, just a promise ring?

I really can't honestly say I know who's arm that is. The bling makes me think Shayne. But for me, the hand from Monday's preview was the deciding SC, along with the 1-legged guy overlooking the water (, or was it the height of the girl that must be attached to that arm).
