Funny you should mention this, I was just looking at the sc's and specifically shoulders and arms.

The sc of the FR shoulder ... appears to be more rounded and smooth (not bony or cut). Shayne's shoulders are more rounded than Amanda's and Chelsea's.

The hand is definately Shayne's ... Catn (I think) posted the sc of Shayne in the bathroom, and it matches the FR hand. Since the ring box is in the same scene as the FR hand, it isn't a shot of F2.

Okay, with all this talk about eye level I thought I'd try my best to find photos of both Amanda and Matt where they are standing side by side, the girl in heels, cut his legs off at the knee area and allow from a little room for a bended knee and see where his eyes line up in the proposal. I apologize for such a small shot of Matt and Shayne but it's the only screencap I could find to use as a comparison. Still, his eyes, on his knees, come to around her jaw as opposed to her breast

PS: I've tried to put a bolded white line for eyesight in both shots.

you guys have to remember amanda's wearing heels in that photo up there.. how tall is she without the heels and would matt be eye level with her when kneeling?

Okay, I know everyone has pretty much decided that there's no way it's Chelsea. Because she's my favorite, I just need one more SC to convince me that y'all are right. I was just rewatching the Matt/Chelsea hometown date to write the transcript. Can someone get a cap of Chelsea and Matt during the after credits scene. There is a great shot of her with her arm down and holding Matt's hand that I think would provide a good comparison shot. In the small screen I see it on, it looks like a possible match. It's at about 6:36 out of 6:59 mark of the Rose Ceremony video of episode 6 on youtube. Thanks in advance.

Wouldn't we want to keep the heels on, since she would be wearing heels at the FRC?

then if we were going by that picture, then shoulder picture at FRC is too small to be shayne's as hers looks a little wider up there.
