Based on the cap further upthread posted by Blondie, the ocean is off to his left hand side and maybe a bit behind him and is very turquoise blue.

It's a really pretty spot.

This map gives a pretty good birds eye view of where the location is. One of the super sleuthers early on identified it as Needhams Point, which is on the grounds of the Hilton.

Thanks...thats odd...there was no real FRC last season and yet they showed the rings, hands etc...but this season they give us nothing...maybe there is no ring, just a final rose this season...
