I've been thinking about something.

There were rumors Chelsea asked for extra time off. I read part of an interview somewhere where Matt said they were enjoying a getaway, and it was implied, I think, that this was after FRC. Maybe Chelsea is F1, and she had to ask for extra time off for the getaway, and it was just assumed it was to go to London.

I'm a Shayne fan, but Chelsea is the only other one that has been shown as having a story, so to speak. So as disappointed as I would be if it wasn't Shayne, I could live with Chelsea being F1, because we were shown a story with her, just not as much of a story as Shayne's. At this point, we have been shown virtually nothing with Amanda, and at this late date, there's no point in showing one with Amanda.

Anyway, I just wanted to put that out there to see what anybody else thought about my theory.

Due to lousy weather, filming had to be extended this season (thus, the revised and extended calendar--see that thread and how it evolved). I'm sure they were given a time frame at the beginning of filming. But perhaps the F2 had to ask for more time off (if working another job).

I have always read Chelsea's thread (mainly because I am an Amanda fan) and I have never posted. I just finished catching up and wanted to say a couple of things.

1. I thought she looked beautiful last monday night at the RC.
and 2. If Amanda leaves at F3 I will be screaming from the roof tops for Chelsea. If Shayne leaves at F3 (yeah right

) I will be pulling for Amanda still but, if Chelsea is the one I would still be happy. I like her. She would be way more right for him than Shayne. I do not dislike Shayne but, she is no where near ready for a grown up relationship and there is no way anyone on this board can convince me she is. If he really wants a marriage and family and he wants his dad to still be here to see it then he should pick Amanda or Chelsea because by the time Shayne is ready for all of that his dad will most likely be either way too old to even really know or long gone. JMO

Shanye is beautiful and she may have lived on her own since she was 17 but she is still a child with a whole lot of growning up to do. If what her mom and dad both said about her wanting to be a "star" is true she won't have time for a real committed relationship. Just look at Hollywood couples and you will see how that will end. You can count on one hand the number of long term Hollywood couples.

She did look pretty there...but then what happened in Barbados? Who wears a long black dress in a hot climate? With flat shoes?

Someone should really advise this girl...!!!!

Did she make out with Matt so long she didn't have a chance to change her dress before the RC? LMAO

lol, the SC's do show Matt looking in pretty rough shape for that RC as well ... so who knows?!

I don't always agree with the girls' fashion sense/taste- and I questioned Chelsea's several times (what the heck were the shoes she was wearing at the last 2 RC's) I think maybe her black dress is a thin cotton , and she could be wearing flat sandals- maybe they told them to dress casual and this was her casual beach wear.

Just wanted to mention that as far as Sunset Girl goes, it is entirely possible it's Chelsea. In every pic I have scrolled through [all 21 pages of them] Chelsea is taller than Shayne by a few inches, yet if you look at the F3 pic with her in the long dress, she is shorter than Shayne.

Even correcting for the small tilt she'd still be [maybe] only equal in heighth to Shayne in that pic. I think it unlikely that Shayne added enough inches to her already high heels to make that much of a difference.

Ergo - In my opinion, Chelsea is either wearing sandals or maybe a kitten-heel - hidden by her dress. So an almost flat-footed Chelsea is easily engulfed by Matt's heighth.

Exactly!

And I am thinking maybe that is why my source is so insistent that Amanda is in the F2.....she asked for extended time.

Same with Chelsea, I wonder if she just ask for extended time, rather than "London time" and it was just assumed she was going to London.

Or if BOTH girls asked for time off for London (so as to not give away the ending), yet one sat sequestered in Barbados.......
