Okay, even though Chelsea is probably not F1, I still want to transcribe the hometown date. Here it is:

Matt and Chelsea conversations, interviews and voice-overs Episode 6

∙ Matt’s Introduction to the Home Date
-M (V.O.): I’m in Durango, Colorado about to meet Chelsea and then Chelsea’s parents.
-M (PI): If I have any nerves today, it’s just about Chelsea and I, and
-M (V.O.): how much she’s willing to let go in order to go forward today. Chelsea has been going hot and cold a little bit. I’m hoping
-M (PI): that she’s in her hometown, um, she’ll be able to drop the barrier,
-M (V.O.): and really, really go for it today.

∙ Matt and Chelsea’s Home Date Part 1
-M: Who lives in a place like this? Hey you.
-C: *squeals* Hi.
-M: How are you doing?
-C: It’s good to see you.
-M: It’s so good to see that. (I think he’s talking about the fact that she kissed him when she greeted him)
-C (V.O.): Going into the hometown date, I’m a little bit nervous.
-C (PI): The man that I could potentially fall in love with, bringing him home to my parents. It’s quite a big deal.
-C (V.O.): My family is so valuable and so special to me.
-C: Are you, uh, nervous at all or excited about meeting my parents?
-M: I’m really excited to meet your parents.
-C: Oh, good.
-M: So you’re not, you’re not nervous?
-C: No, and here’s one thing I need to warn you about. Oh gosh. My parents live so far from me, so I get very emotional seeing them, like, so you might see me Chelsea get like Mooom ahh. I’m sorry ahead of time. My apologies.
-M: I can’t imagine you getting like that.
-C (PI): I’m not comfortable showing my emotional side to anybody no matter how long I’ve know them.
-C (V.O.): It’s on the surface of my tongue to tell Matt how much I love being with him and that I’m falling in love with him, but I’m so guarded, like just I’d love to get my parents’ feedback o it. I really went…

∙ Matt and Chelsea’s Home Date Part 2
-C: Oh, God.
-A: Who is it? Who is it? Hiiii.
-C: Hi, hello.
-C (V.O.): Matt gets to meet my mom and dad, Addy and Kerry.
-M: Hello there, nice to meet you.
-C (V.O.): I think they are
-C (PI): the just most amazing people I’ve ever met, and I just have so much respect for them, and I want my
-C (V.O.): marriage to be what my parents’ marriage have been.
-C: One of the first things I noticed was his sarcastic sense of humor. Oh my, goodness.
-M: I love it when she says that, [imitates Chelsea] Oh my, goodness.
-C: *laughs* We’ve had a blast together, like I can laugh at you, and you can laugh at me. Sometimes we don’t get each others’ jokes because I don’t speak British.
-M: *laughs* Yeah.
-K: So is it the twenty-five or the one that you’re looking for cuz every man would be hard pressed to pass up the opportunity for that.
-M: I’m already ready to settle down. I want to find the one, you know. My father had a stroke at the end of oh six, and it really struck me when he had the stroke, and I really realized that I was ready to settle down. That’s why one. You know, at first, with Chelsea, I was like so into her and I was questioning whether or not she was into me. And, you know, it’s a two-way thing.
-A: That’s true.
-C: Yeah, I could pull out of here just as easily, mom.
-K: Here’s to finding happiness.
-M: Thank you. Thanks for letting me into your home, as well.

∙ Matt and Chelsea Home Date Part 3
-K (V.O.): Matt was very charming.
-K (PI): He doesn’t take himself too seriously.
-K (V.O.): Above all, he seemed very sincere and honest, so I, uh,
-K (PI): was very pleased with him.
-K: He seems like a wonderful guy.
-C: Oh good.
-K: He seems very honest and natural and comfortable.
-C: He’s, yeah.
-K: I’m impressed.
-C: Surprised? Surprised?
-K: Pleasantly surprised and impressed.
-C: Very good.
-K: So what do you honestly think?
-C: Um, I don’t think I truly wanted this to happen. I didn’t want to like him. I didn’t even want to, you know, get to know him that well because I don’t want to like the guy and get let down by him. I like him a lot, and we have so much in common that I can’t help it. I can’t help but want to get to know him.

∙ Matt and Chelsea’s Home Date Part 4
-M: Chelsea, she’s um, stunningly beautiful. She’s genuine. She’s smart. I’ve fallen in love with her the first time I hung out with her, and I was gutted because I was starting to feel the feel that maybe. I was starting to feel. I did feel that she may not be completely into me.
-A: I certainly see a connection.
-M: Mmmhmm.
-A: And you go to remember you’re not just dating one person. You gotta realize that makes it hard for a woman to open up and just pour her heart out, you know, in case she doesn’t get it in return.

∙ Matt and Chelsea’s Home Date Part 5
-K: My advice to you would be nothing ventured, nothing gained.
-C: Yeah.
-K: But you need to let Matt know if you have feelings for him.
-C: Right.
-K: You need to be honest about it.
-C: You’re right. No, I really like him, and I think we’ve developed genuine feelings for each other.
-K: Have you said that to him?
-C: I need to get better at that. I definitely think I need to express more of my sincere feelings to him. I realize that if I want to take the risk, I need to put myself out there a little bit further so
-C (V.O.): He’s my dad, so he’s
-C (PI): gonna tell me the honest truth at the end of the day, and I
-C (V.O.): do need to tell Matt that I
-C (PI): do have a lot of really strong feelings, and I do have a lot invested with him.

∙ Matt and Chelsea’s Date Part 6
-C: Alright, I’m going to walk him out.
-M: Thank you, Kerry.
-K: Matt really nice meeting you. Pleasure.
-M: Thank you.
-C (V.O.): I just need to
-C (PI): let myself just open up and feel the feelings I’ve had and
-C (V.O.): let him know how happy he makes me feel.
-M: See you guys.
-A and K: Bye.
-M: Take care.
-A: Take care.
-K: Bye.
-C: I’m so glad I was able to show you
-M: I am so glad I was able to see you.
-C: Aww.
-M: I’m going to miss you, honey.
-C: Aww.
-M: I’ve had an amazing day.
-C: Oh, me too. I’m going to miss you.
-M: I love hanging out with you.
-C: I love being with you as well.
-M (PI): The goodbye was great with Chelsea.
-C: Okay, make sure you miss me the entire time you’re gone.
-M (V.O.): I realized what a great couple we were,
-M (PI): and how much fun we could have.
-M: You take care, honey.
-C: So good to see you.
-M (V.O.): And I came away from the family house
-M (PI): feeling that we could genuinely make it.

∙ Pre-Rose Ceremony Introduction
-M: *sighs* I didn’t sleep much last night. This is, uh, this is very difficult. All four of you have amazing families. I felt very humble and privileged to meet them. Each and every one of you is incredible. I want to thank each one of you for an amazing time so far.
-M: Chelsea. Chelsea, will you accept this rose? *whispered*
-C: I will. Oh, I’m so glad. *whispered*

∙ After Credits Scene
-C: *giggles*
-M: Oh, my God. You’ve got to give me a twirl. You look amazing.
-C: Oh, God.
-M: Wow.
-C: It’s very interesting, huh?
-M: It’s very interesting. *laughs*
-C: Ahhh
-M: There’s snow on the ground. (I think this is what it says)
-M: This is so bad for you.
-C: I know. I live here. They might know me.

*some things I noticed: 1) There's been talk that the I fell in love with her part is spliced in. It's possible as you don't see Matt's mouth on that part, but it does not SOUND obviously spliced to me. Who knows? 2) in the PI after the date, he says very hopeful things about her, so I wonder what changes for her to go? 3) I loved the end scene. So cute and so REAL!

Its interesting to compare his reactions when he talks about the ladies with Ellen, when she talks about Amanda his hand goes two and fro and he avoids things with closed body language like hes hiding something. But when she talks about Chelsea his Body is open...and no movement.

Body language wise thise suggests nothing to hide about Chelsea and similarly when he talks about the early departed Carri. Therefore she left early...

just a thought.

Thanks so very much again Heather for writing these out. It must take such a long time to do it, and I appreciate getting to read them so. Chelsea had a great HT date...she parents seem like wonderful people. Matt seemed very comfortable and relaxed with them, and I could see him fitting in so well with them all.

The one thing that I was just mezmerized by, was how incredibly beautiful Chelsea looked. My God, she is truly stunning...her skin is flawless, and her complexion just glows. There is such a radiance to her! I thought she looked so gorgeous on their one on one date, but the HT...she was even more beautiful!!! And her eyes...I loved how they got so moist, and almost tearylike when they were all having dinner. Chelsea just intrigues me so.....she comes off as a very strong woman, but I think deep down she is very shy, a bit scared, with a heart of gold. She is complex, and I adore her!!! Great HT date Chelsea!! Thanks

Oh, I know. Her eyes are just gorgeous. For all the Chelsea fans, something I forgot to mention in the transcript that stuck out to me was the part of the conversation at the table when Matt talks about his dad's stroke. Watch Chelsea during the conversation. She is looking and listening to Matt intently, when he says the part about how his father's stroke wanted him to get more serious, you can see a softening almost in her eyes. It was like I was watching her realize that she was in love with him. She looks away from Matt to look at her mom like "isn't he amazing?" Then she looks back at Matt adoringly. Ahhh. Oh well. It was a great love story while it lasted, IMO.

I totally agree Karey. She gets more and more beautiful after each episode. I think it's called love. I think that when you are falling in love, there is a certain radiance about you! My favorite photo is Suza's avatar .

ITA, she is beautiful. Actually I agree with all your posts!!! There isn't many here so its hard not to disagree LOL. Actually if Chelsea doesn't end up as F1 I will be so sad.

Hello Chelsea fans. I have been an Amanda fan all along. I am not convinced of anything from the FRC hands, etc, just too many variables. I am still pulling for Amanda but Chelsea has a made a strong showing the last two episodes. She has gone from sort of manly, goofy, irritating tone of voice and average looking to warm, fun and hot looking? Is this is a Fleiss makeover? I mean seriously she looks so different to me

Question, what is Chelsea saying in the fantasy date previews when they are on the cat, something about a finger? I have replayed it several times and can't get it
