Just the way the ad is written - it sounds to me as tho someone else is selling it - not Chelsea herself - therefore that makes me think it is not hers to sell. Probably a friend of hers - possibly - possibly not too.......

The problem with that is the listing implicitely states it is Chelsea's dress that she purchased at Saks and wore on the show.
If they had just said in the lising that she wore it, that would be different.

Ths is what the listing states:
"This is CHELSEA Wanstrath's dress from "THE BACHELOR LONDON CALLING" She wore it on the very first night. It is a beautiful gown in a size medium. I am not sure who the designer is because she cut the tag off because it was itchy. She originally bought it at Saks Fifth Avenue. If you are at all interested I can email you photos and send more information... I can also have Chelsea take a picture with the dress in hand so you know it is the one you are receiving. Thanks"

So someone maybe listing it and selling it for her, but it sounds like it is indeed her dress, otherwise the listing would be fraudulent--and I doubt it is.

This says to me that she really quite badly wants TB experience behind her. That's too bad. Of all the girls this season, she is at the top of my list of those I'd like as a friend. (I'm way older than her, but I do have a lot of younger friends and am helping to mentor a couple of 20-somethings at my main client's office.)

I think this also points to her being the one in Barbados who raised a stink after being eliminated. I will give her props for being outspoken, and I think if she felt used or abused or otherwise jerked around, she wouldn't be quiet about it at all. She clearly wears her emotions on her sleeve, and this eBay sale just reinforces that.

It also explains all of the rumors of a setup that we are getting IF Amanda is F1 and IF Shayne goes all the way to F2. If Shayne is F1, it will just reinforce and confirm all the rumors, justifiably or not.

I've lost my edit button, so I need a new post to add something. It is always in the back of my mind "Why are we being shown that clip?" Maybe this has something to do with Chelsea's "I'm stubborn and hardheaded" clip IF she had a magnified Kelly Jo reaction when being let go. I know, it could have been only to show Matt's cute reaction to her proclamation.

Maybe it's really no big deal. The fact that it's a public sell, doesn't really necessarily mean that she is doing it out of spite...since millions of people use eBay anyway....Maybe she just needs to get the most money she can get out of it..?? Who knows? Clothes mean different things to each person, so maybe she kept her FRC dress and got rid of a dress she realized she didn't like. I know I've had to get rid of clothes for special occasions before..

I asked last night to see a picture of Chelsea holding the dress...and got an email saying that the item was being pulled and she would be auctioning it at a charity event at a later date...apparently she listened to our advice to wait for when she is better known and will get more money for it!!
