Okay, Fleiss. You win! Sweet Shayne will be F1, walking away with the "prize" to make the rounds between Star, US, TMZ and The National Enquirer.

Or she'll be F2, her lovely heart broken even as she sheds even bigger crocodile tears than she did for dear departed Holly, staring painfully at her lost love and contemplating life without him forever and ever, er, I mean for the next, like, week or so till her check comes down from ABC.

From Matt's side, I see clear interest in Shayne. He seems very cautious of her and always seems to be trying to gauge how sincere what she's saying to him is. He's also very protective, which I think for alot of guys is a turn-on. For many it isn't, and I'm not sure which Matt is, but I suspect he likes it, especially from her.

From Shayne's side, I feel like she's caught up in the circumstances and wants the guy - not just straight out competitiveness, but I think to a certain degree almost all of the bach'ettes always want to 'win' on some level - it would be difficult not to want that in this situation. I also think they feed on each other as each of them talk together about how wonderful TB is and so, it becomes difficult to keep your distance and not want in. I also think Matt is protective of her because she has that young girl side to her, probably having alot to do with her family life, and she probably is looking for a strong protector-guy. If Matt is willing to play that role, then I think that's the connection. Of course, I haven't ruled out a setup - I'm just trying to set that aside and see what I see beyond that.

Dear Lord Ms. Froggy - Face #2? I am dying here. Tears are rolling down my cheeks and onto the keyboard. I expect we will see Face # 3 when she is on her hometown date. It will the hopeful face and there will be a voiceover of Shayne saying "I hope my dad likes Matt because my family's approval is so important to me."

I also agree that Matt feels protective of her. I thought the arm on Shayne at the end last night could have been the arm of a big brother, putting his arm around his sister. (Now, of course, their kisses don't look brotherly at all- but the arm did).

It is easy to have a love/hate relationship about Shayne.

One the one hand, she is ballsy....needy...special...an d catty...

On the other hand, she can look so endearingly at Matt and he is so obviously smitten with her.

Hard to say ....hard to say.....but the cards DO point to her being the final one. knowing, I know.. . .about the hidden edits...obvious edits...etc
