Shayne **Spoilers**

Actually, I think I see Shayne getting the "Is she here for the right reasons" edit and Matt falling for her and finding out YES she really is in love with him... That's the edit I think Shayne is going to get.

I must add I thought it was actually WONDERFUL that he called her out on her childish behavior.

I agree Bloomers. Matt isn't striking me as the type of guy ,that would do that. I hope he lives up to my expectations.

If he does have her pegged as an actress and doesn't buy her excuses, it might actually make sense to bring her all the way to F2, as he'd feel she'd be less hurt by being rejected at that point than any of the others.

But then, as I mentioned in another thread, I remember a quote from him in an interview mentioning that when he saw the F1 that he "knew he was in trouble" because he fancied her immediately-- that would seem to point to her, perhaps. We all know those couples that have really stormy relationships; argue and have all the drama, but then only seem stronger for it because they thrive off it. And some guys are gluttons for punishment. Also, when a guy falls hard, he may logically know the issues with the woman, but allow his heart to overcome his misgivings.

I hope so, as I definitely like her more so far (my fave at this point)... and I also thought he really liked Amanda too when he saw her, his face just lit up when he laid eyes on her.

I agree.....Shayne is getting the "Is she there for the right reasons edit", and while the edit will eventually prove "she is", we'll never really know......

I didn't see last week's show, so tonight was my first impression of the girls. Shayne seemed rather whiny and petulant, but for some reason I still liked her. She is very young, but in many ways seems older than her years....so, I'm looking forward to seeing her as the show progresses.

A couple of things I noticed......she has no breast, yet hasn't succumbed to hollywood pressure to fill her chest cavity with silicone....that tells me she is both smart and down to earth. I also like the fact that she is normally drinking something NONalcoholic (unlike Kelly)......again, smart and down to earth.

You know after reading some of the commentary before the show came on here on the west coast, I thought that Shayne would be completely over the top and out of line. I actually found her reaction in Vegas to be......NORMAL. Yes, normal.

There was a blog last week (sue me for not knowing where I read this) that basically said Shayne is a girl who doesn't need to go looking for a man. Men will come looking for her. She's probably used to that. As are a lot of the other women on the show, I assume. I think all of these girls had different reasons for coming onto the show, and who knows what they are. I think the fact that she has some sort of feelings for Matt is really catching her off guard. While I actually like Kelly, Marshana and others I don't know that they feel like they have the same connection that Shayne feels.

I liked that Matt spoke his mind about how she has to deal with what she is going through because the other women vying for his affections are in the same situation. She totally admitted this. IMO, Shayne is a really smart, sweet girl who tonight didn't know how to deal with the emotions she was going through. I paid special interest to the reaction of the women around her. For tonight at least they were really sweet and supportive, which leads me to believe that this is the way that Shayne is as well. If Fleiss wanted her to really be a villain they would have had some commentary from the girls about Shayne's "breakdown". This may change next week, and if she is the F1 her edit will improve. There is so much time for the edit to improve though. For me it's still too soon to go beyond who we have pegged for the F3.

I agree. There is more to her than what we are getting so far. I think tonight was meant to throw us off.

I agree...she is no different than anyone else...a sweet real girl...nothing more
