IMO, the watch has nothing to do with Shayne. I rather doubt that this was her gift to him. I think that it is just merely a coincidence that he is sporting such a big watch.

I just looked at the SC of Shayne at the RC and it looks like she is reaching her hand into her pocket. Maybe she has a big watch in there for Matt and she's going to slip it to him after he gives her the rose!

aanjheni, I agree with you on all the statements that you have bolded that Matt said to or about Shayne. That speaks volumes to me about his feelings towards her.

I think that she captured his heart very early on.
