I am not to confident in these "press release people" these days, they seem to repeat what has already happened, or give us descriptions on what has previously occurred as if it is about to happen again. Is it just me? Maybe their vocabulary is limited.

Do they even watch the show to know what they are talking about? I am starting to wonder......

Point well taken. I think Shayne is pretty, smart and has a good heart. I also think she is to immature for Matt in the long run. Maybe, this is what Fleiss wanted us to see in the beginning even though the chemistry seems to be dynamite between the two.

I would like to see a romance developing too. This is where I think Fleiss is having problems with his editing. He has a smart bachelor with an excellent sense of humor and I think he could have had a successful season. If he had given us a slow love story developing. I like Shayne, but I am also ready to see something about the other girls.

IMO Shayne knew the process very well, and like Matt said, he expected her to know it best out of all the girls there. He tells her that the woman he wants to end up with in the end will be up for that, and what does Shayne do at the last RC, she tells him she wants him to send them all home right now, and then tells him "look what i'm doing, I'm dating a guy who is dating 7 other woman. Just what he wants to hear after telling her what he expected in vegas. IMO Not to sharp on Shayn's part and I don't think anything is going over this guys head., and I don't think I would under estimate him ..

I guess if you don't like Shayne you will never see it, at the last RC I saw Matt seek Shayne out and was questioning why she was so laid back with him, again this is his insecurities with Shayne and I saw Shayne trying to reassure him that she was into him and only him.......

But how do any of us know, that any of them knows how the process works? I see Shayne with Matt just as much as any of the F3....Again opinion who knows what intellectually level any of them are on, with Amanda's meep's how could you tell that she would be able to converse with him seriously any of the last 3 will be ok with me because it's Matt choice....

Question? During the meet & greet when Shayne stepped out of the limo and Matt saw her. In his PI did he say I knew I was trouble.

This is what I have when Shayne and Matt spoke for the first time inside the house ~

"The minute I first set my eyes on Shayne there was instant kind of attraction from my side, you know, and I hope her side."

I will have to go back to see if there is a specific VO while she is approaching him, but I do remember a guitar-type music playing ~ not "the" Ian/Meredith guitar music though.

Listened to my dvd ~

Matt did not say anything specific towards Shayne but after he met her, Chris walked up to him and asked "So what do you think?"

Matt replied "I'm blown away, man. I'm seriously, seriously blown away. There are some beautiful women."

Thanks BlondieGal, the reason I asked that question. I was going through Matt's interviews and a few things caught my attention. "I knew I was in trouble I fancied her as soon as I saw her".

I read in another thread I can't remember which one that Shayne told Matt that she is ready to settle down. Matt said in another interview, "I think we put to much emphasis on age. I think that's a bit silly. If the person is ready, they're ready and age is almost irrelevant".
