I think his right arm is on the gear being that model of the car is old, I doubt it would be an automatic. From the view, it look like they were holding hands.

Good for a laugh at least - if you watch Matt when he is with Kelly and she opens her shirt - his eyes go nuts LOL - almost to the point of cross-eyed - trying NOT to look LOL - the look on his face is priceless hahahahaha

He looks to have his right hand resting on something but it doesn't look close enough to be her leg. She looks like she has her left arm tucked in close...it looked chilly...she even had a blanket to keep her warm.

I bet she just loved spending all that time on her hair only to go in a convertible to the date

I did notice that Matt says, "you look hot" at the same time she says, "hey cute boy."
