Also, when Matt began his toast in the end, his arm was down by his side but in the next scene he had his arm around Shayne as they looked at each other. You can see Chelsea looking at them. I wonder what she was thinking.

I agree that if we don't see more of Amanda in the coming weeks then it doesn't look good. I'd still be surprised to see him choose someone other than her at this point.

The thing I'm wondering about, with the obvious change in Matt, is whether he realized, while on the date with Amanda, the seriousness of his situation and finally decided to buckle down. Then we see him with Marshana almost openly contemplating his situation. Then the rose ceremony was so subdued.

Then if you watch the winery date, from start to finish, with the sound off and then compare that to the 50s date, from start to finish, also with the sound off, it's a completely different story being told.

Watching it again, with an open mind, especially with the sound off is the KEY. When I've done that in the past my entire outlook has been altered. This happened during Meredith's season on the second date I came to the FORT and everyone was talking about the connection--When I re-watched I saw it loud and clear.
