I don't think sensible people are likely to have a timeline, especially when the female person is considerably younger than Trista was. (not that I know these two are sensible -- for all I know they're complete jokers).... But Trista did have some extra reasons for wanting to get on with that wedding that a 22-year-old who is already an actress with a resume (and her guy, who seems to be figuring he'll get a media career of some kind anyway) just don't have.

So far as I can see, the only real reason for them to lay out some kind of timeline is so that the audience can see a completion to a reality-show competition. Not necessarily the best idea, I would say!

Oh I so agree with you. I think with some that are hoping for a failed relationship, if they made it to the alter, they would still have something to find wrong...because they do not want to accept this relationship. The money made Trista ready, I have it on tape, Trista saying she hope Ryan didn't want to get married soon...but as soon as an Oprah offer, she changed her tune.

Thanks for the link casualfan. I thought the callers comments about Chelsea's hands and Shayne's mother were a bit mean. Especially, with the mother. Did she not realize that was a plastic surgery issue? Made it seem like she aged that way.

"The Bachelor: London Calling" finale airs Monday, 5/12 at 10pm ET on ABC
And then there were two... British Bachelor Matt Grant has seen his fair share of crazies this season (Robin anyone??) but he's now down to Chelsea and Shayne and we're waiting to see who the last woman standing will be. Although Chelsea was slow to open up to Matt, she finally has and she is a definite contender. Shayne, on the other hand, had to prove she was on the show for the right reasons early on, as Matt wasn't sure (thanks to her being an actress). Fully convinced now, their relationship seems to have gone to the next level and it looks like the California blonde and daughter of '80s soap star Lorenzo Lamas could be the lucky lady to get a proposal on the two-hour season finale on May 12th. In the finale, both ladies will travel across the Pond to meet Matt's family in England, seek their approval and hope to score that elusive final

This was just on the Yahoo home page. Did the time change? I plan to be on the boards anyway, but just wondered if the two-hour change meant anything!

Medianet is still showing it as a 58 minute show (10:02 to 11:00 pm). Who knows though, maybe they'll fake us all out.

I thought the caller was a bit harsh as well, but she also didn't seem to know the contestants names, calling Amanda "Andrea" and not knowing Chelsea's name. Oh well, even though radio stations have screeners you never really know what the caller will say.

Overall on both of the radio interviews Matt does sound very worn down. He was still really funny. Also funny how Falcon Crest came up on both interviews! He was also really sweet when he was talking about watching tonights episode bringing a tear to his eye during the proposal.

Thanks! and take as long as you need.. not in a hurry but would like to know what was said.. and ouch about what you said earlier about Matt being up at 3am.. no wonder he looks tired.. He's been a busy guy today doing tons of interviews.. been wondering why he's on the east coast and not west coast though unless maybe east coast was a 1/2 way point for him and his F1 to meet up?

if anyone finds out if it's 2 hours please LMK as I'd love to watch it in it's entirety... if true that it's 2 hours, wonder why it wasn't announced until now? You'd have thought they would want as many viewers on board for the finale..
