Upon re-reading this quote it strikes me that the journalists and Fleiss were all in California. If not, the writers would have been the logical ones to tell the reader that they called or interviewed him in England where he was filming part of the next season of the Bachelor. Fleiss himself would not have needed to explain that the bachelor is British.
