She could have posed in some other magazine one would think, but she chose to do so for a franchise that exploits young women. One who liquor up women and get them to expose their breasts and more for their videos and magazines.

It was a very poor move for someone who is supposed to be filled with integrity. It is a good move, however, for someone who wants to be the next Parasite Hilton. I think the choice speaks for itself.

I'm disappointed just because I think Shayne has more appeal than the run-of-the-mill-anonymous-babe in any of the lad's mags. I enjoyed Newlyweds the show because Jessica Simpson has a certain appeal - blonde, cute, and ditzy but also intuitive, smart and funny. Shayne is very similiar in her appeal. She has the same self-deprecating thing going on. I truly hope that whoever is managing Shayne/Shayne and Matt starts to look for more ambitious things than GGW. You have the raw materials, girl, don't sell yourself short!

Looking at the list posted by Bet2win, the names of the women who have posed is less than stellar ( with a few exceptions ).

Girls Gone Wild is not now, nor has ever been a good example of women in the media. It speaks volumes to the people who Shayne has surrounded herself with. Her parents, friends, Matt, agents and manager should be ashamed of themselves. This decision was bad from the git - go.

What a shame she thinks this is a good way to promote herself.

Maybe this is why they didn't poll the women at the WTA. Perhaps they knew the majority of the women wouldn't have been aboard the Shayne train--unflattering things could have come out--not good PR.

For everyone trashing Chelsea for her "fake" comments about Shayne--who would know better--the viewer watching a biased edit--or a girl who spent the majority of 8+ weeks living with Shayne. I'm guessing Chelsea proabably spent more time overall with Shayne than the Bachelor himself.....
