I know Tessa ran off and cried in the second episode of her season, but that was with doubts not because she thought she 'ruined her chances', or at least that's how I remember the scene. At first glance, though, it sounds like a "falling too fast" or "very emotional" edit for Shayne. Hopefully they don't go anywhere near the "slightly psycho" Big Sarah edit from Charlie's season. ![]() | |

| Re: Bachelor 12 Media Thread ~ Spoilers After Last season I swore I wouldn't watch this anymore, what a sucker I am. The first episode aired on the 17th right? I am not sure what a press release is exactly, but I saw an article in the New York Post, dated March 14th about Lamas Daughter. Sir links alot has it listed. |

| Re: Bachelor 12 Media Thread ~ Spoilers Will Holland native win the heart of 'The Bachelor'? Keeping track of 25 women is not easy, so the show was on in the background as I did some things around the house, and then I went back and forth between "The Bachelor" and Fox's 10 p.m. news. It wasn't until this morning that I heard one of the bachelorettes vying for a rose each week is 2003 Holland High School grad Robin Canfield! We'll be busy today working on a story for tomorrow's paper, but in the meantime, I can tell you have that we have quite an extensive file on Robin, who is now an advertising coordinator living in Orlando, Fla. As a student, she was pretty active in the local theater and music community. In 2002 and 2003, the violinist won the Holland Symphony Orchestra's annual Norbert Mueller Memorial Concerto Competition. Also in 2003, she was recognized as one of The Grand Rapids Press's 100 Superstar Seniors. Robin Canfield's photo from ABC.comBut how will she do on "The Bachelor," which last year started slow in the ratings but bounced back to garner $13 million viewers -- and win its time slot over "Heroes" -- during its May finale? Ten women on Monday night's premiere were eliminated. And Robin was one of 15 women to get a rose from the hunky Brit. What's in store for the next show, which airs at 10 p.m. Monday on ABC-TV? The summary reads: "Matt doesn't wait long to bestow his first kiss, as the women attempt to out-strut each other as models in a sexy fashion show and taste the high life with a sizzling group date in Las Vegas." OK, Robin. West Michigan will be watching. Link |

| Re: Bachelor 12 Media Thread ~ Spoilers Hey, new poster, long time lurker here. I just read this at eonline.com from Ted C. Desk Hookup called. See, our insider over at The Bachelor: London Calling (It's dubious the Clash had any say in lending their song title over to a televised dating competish) gave us some hints to picking this year's winner, since all the eps have already been filmed and edited. If ya like your reality TV with suspense and mystery, consider this your spoiler alert. Otherwise, call your Bachelor bookie ASAP! Turns out the winner of British boy-toy Matt Grant's (how Mr. Darcy-esque is that name?) affections is a flaxen-haired honey who "works in the Industry." Big shocker, eh? Way to narrow down the dolls. I bet every babe on the show considers herself an actress and/or model in one way or another, prolly since she's good-lookin' enough to score a sweet spot on the boob tube. When's the shy, mousy kindergarten teach gonna snag some reality TV ass? |
